False advertising from the getgo. Company states that there is a free plan but after you install the app and give them your email address and other details, you cannot access anything without selecting a paid plan. So there is NO FREE PLAN at all as advertised. Why on earth would I ever consider signing up for a paid plan with a company whose first action with me is to lie and falsely advertise in order to get my details? If you do not want to offer a free plan, that is your prerogative. But then remove that statement from your listing on the Shopify App Store! Update: These people constantly spam you with emails and phone calls if you leave a review, trying to get you to change the review. SPAMMING ME WILL NOT HELP YOUR CASE! REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND MY PHONE NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. THE NEXT CONTACT I RECEIVE FROM YOU WILL RESULT IN ME REPORTING YOU TO SHOPIFY AS A SPAMMER

It was a wide variety of products and with the right marketing and patience it will definitely pay off ! I like it because it helps me keep my website stocked when I'm out of my own inventory.

Just hope you never have an issue with them. I did not recall purchasing a year membership and as soon as it was deducted from my account I contacted Spocket to see if it were possible to receive a refund. One of the reps said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I never heard back. I contacted them again and over several conversations, not only was nothing resolved but they also stopped answering me, which I consider very disrespectful. I would not work with them again and would recommend Zendrop or Syncee for someone looking to dropship as they have better customer service.

Spocket is a good application that significantly simplifies the process of adding products to a store. While there are some minor issues, particularly concerning the integration with products from AliExpress, these are primarily due to the Aliscraper app, not Spocket itself. Any questions or problems I've had were always resolved within a few days by Spocket's supportive and responsive team. Their customer service is commendable and greatly enhances the overall user experience.

scammer caution, and red flag!! They charged my developing Shopify Store https://test-allen.myshopify.com/ by Paypal for 598USD two months at 1 day in 1 transaction, and I contact the support for refund, the support contacted me to make me believe who was going to refund me, after 2 weeks they are not going to respond email, totally scammer!! I complained with shopify and paypal, unfortunately nobody could stop Spocket Scammers continually scam drop-shippers on internet, what a shame!
