Edrielle & Russel were terrific customer service reps! Edrielle helped me make a critical decision for my business as I was having some challenges with the results of exploring various apps and platforms previously. She took the time to confirm various details which helped me make the decision to go forward with Spocket. I am so excited to try Spocket and Russel helped confirm details so I could go forward with various aspects of sign up. Thank you Edrielle, Russel and Spocket! Erwin was very helpful with providing insight on certain products available in your inventory database. He helped me better understand the reasoning behind a few details which were not obvious to me and which will help me pass on that info to my customers if ever needed so I have that info on hand. Thank you Erwin! Ria was very helpful at identifying and clarifying various critical details essential for successful payment processing and fulfilling order processes. The info she provided was pivotal for preventing any issues and enabled me to work within the terms of payment for order processing in a successful manner for small business starting a drop shipping component. This is an easy to use website, making drop shipping as stress-free as possible. Spocket makes searching for specific products easy and the descriptions for each item are outstanding. So far, I have been extremely pleased with Spocket.

Sprocket is awesome! I suggest checking it out :) You can import products from suppliers around the world with many variants. It has a really to use UI as well.

This is a scam! Why NOT to use this: 1) They push you to sign up for their trial. Even when you cancel right away, they continue to charge you. I've tried to cancel three times and have been charged $300 U.S since. They refuse to refund me. 2) Their prices are way too high on the products. It's impossible to make any money with them. 3) Their positive reviews are one of two: Fake (You can tell from the "names" of the stores) or They are from people that got paid in credits from Spocket as soon as they downloaded the app. The only way this app makes their money is from getting users to upgrade, and then their app not working properly when you try to cancel. Just read the other 1 star reviews before you sign up.

This is a good app for anyone looking to start a dropping shipping business on Shopify. As they state, there are hundreds of products to choose from for your store. The customer service and support teams are very friendly and easy to work with. HOWEVER, BUYER BEWARE; here are some important considerations based on my personal experience. Product stock notifications and COMMUNICATIONS with suppliers ARE HORRIBLE, which means THERE’S A PERPETUAL PROBLEM WITH PRODUCTS BEING OUT OF STOCK. Over the two+ years of working with Spocket, I had to cancel more than 70% of the orders placed through the app. The reason was because items were out of stock or the supplier was no longer selling on the app, and there was never a communication regarding these status changes. Because of that, my customers ordered with an expectation to receive, only to become dissatisfied and upset with my company when I had to cancel their orders. Moreover, these scenarios cost my business significant money for credit card processing and cancellation fees. If your goal is to simply show an abundance of products on your site, then this app may be right for you. If your goal is to make money in product sales with happy, satisfied customers, then I caution you to stay away.

Not sure where these items are sourced from but looks kind of like Ali products. You can not sell anything on any platform but your Shopify website. They are extremely over priced for us. Sourcing yourself may be a better option unless you already have an established dropshipping only store, but for us we sell handmade stuff and just wanted crystals and accessories to go with our Spiritual metaphysical things. Most of the tarot cards seem to be knock offs which can get you in to trouble. Yes any money you pay they WILL NOT refund it seems, even if you don’t want to use their services. Read the fine print as that holds ALL the Truth or lack there of.
