Easy to use, quick Shipping, easy website I love it. They have imaging so you can add a image that you're looking for and just sync it to Spocket.

I gave this app a chance. I wanted to believe it could do what I needed to make my dropshipping business easier to source and fulfill orders. It did the opposite. The customer support is very accessible but they are not effective or truly helpful. They are very polite but you end up engaging several different reps over time about the same issue as if they never communicate or read what you've sent them even updates. They never seem to know how to get you connected to technical support or the supplier directly. Even THEY aren't able to communicate with any of them. They essentially apologize profusely and continuously and that is the extend of their customer support regarding real issues that can impact your business. I have doubts about positive reviews because I gave them so many opportunities and consistently, they failed. Even when I told them I would discontinue using them, all they did was apologize profusely and hope I stick with them. Not good for any business and I don't see who they will remain in business with this approach. They have a great looking product/platform but the functionality of it and their business model is subpar. It is UNTRUE that they fully automate anything. You can get customer service relatively quickly most of the time but they never help. The claims they make are untrue. I even changed plans a few times over the course of months to experiment. It doesn't matter how much you pay, it is all the same.

I definitely highly recommend Spocket! It's incredibly easy and intuitive to use and the customer service is beyond amazing! Leah has spent some time with me this afternoon answering all questions I had and was incredible at giving clear, concise information. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me navigate the obstacle I was going through. I'm really looking forward to if/when Spocket provides international shipping :D Thank you again Leah for all of your help!

This app is excellent for selling products or managing your inventory. It is easy to use, and the interface is sleek and professional. I am excited about the future of my business to reach the USA AND EU markets. Spocket has been a lifesaver for me. I can see where I am in line so I can decide if I need to upgrade to find a best-selling product. Spocket is an excellent app.

Spocket has a vast collection of goods from different niches with an affordable plan! If you're looking for US suppliers, I highly recommend them. VERY UNRELIABLE! I have had to cancel several of my orders due to no inventory to Fullfill the orders, yet the inventory shows there is product. All they can say is: we will investigate but keeps happening!! How are you supposed to put your name on their products If they can't Fullfill? Save yourself money and find a more reliable drop shipper. I should of cancel the first time it happened but gave them the chance and never delivered as drop shipper.

UPDATE: The customer service for Spocket was very responsive and was able to escalate my membership charge and process a refund. They worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and were committed to my resolution. While the service was not for me, the customer service focus showed me that they were committed to their customers and their satisfaction. While I would not give them a 5 since I did not find the service useful, the commitment they showed does warrant a 4 and is worth taking the 14 days to find out if it would work for your store. Original Review: This drop shipper vendor was not for me. I felt the selection of products was lacking in the US warehouses. During my short time of use, I was not able to find products that fit my store brand in any of the US warehouses. I was also unable to get the AliExpress Connector to work, but to be fair, I did not take the time to call support to figure out why. I did not feel the cost of goods was competitive to my other dropship suppliers and on top of that had to pay subscription. This is probably a fine application for some who sells the products they warehouse, but it did not work for me. I had a slight complication when I tried to cancel the service.

You need to be super careful because they charge you every cent and if you don't pay attention for their rules and don't cancel the membership, which is almost impossible, to find how (clever) !!!!!!

the price for this app is ridiculous. complete rip off. its about 4 times the price it should be and way more expensive than other apps that do the same thing
