I'm still learning to use the app, just discovered it today. So far it has been pretty straight forward for the most part, i'm excited to see where this could take our business. Spencer has been extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and gets back to me pretty fast. So far i would highly recommend this app especially if you are interested in shipping worldwide. I will update review as i start to use it more. But customer service has been amazing!

Streamlining store owner processes are key to the democratization of e-commerce. Spocket is filling this role admirably. Right now at my request they're working feverishly on getting order fulfillment working on the mobile app. More recently, Ria helped me renew Spocket at a 50% discount. Previously it was Edrielle, who promptly updated me on an order status. Once before it was Leah, who was a good listener when I described what I believe to be a very common situation in which a customer felt at ease blackmailing me into issuing a refund because he knew the culture of online retail is prejudiced in favor of customers. Shopify should automate the adjudication of such disputes the same way they automate chargeback resolutions.

Very easy to use and absolutely AMAZING customer support. Russel helped answer all of my questions quickly and thoroughly with great detail so that I understood everything clearly. I am very pleased and happy with my choice to use Spocket for my new dropshipping store on Shopify. Highly recommended! :)

I was helped by Rohini to help with the issue of a supplier not shipping out a product quickly. Rohini was great with follow up and prompt responses to my questions. I was very please with the chat help which was very speedy as well. I enjoy using spocket and the platform is clean and easy to navigate. Thank you Rohini for doing a great job.

I canceled long before the trial was over. However, spocket charged my paypal account after confirmation that the account was closed. They are giving me the runaround and making it very difficult on me to get the charge refunded. I have to go through a paypal dispute. Disappointing because I thought this was a trustworthy company.
