Spocket is absolutely unreliable and completely unprofessional. They have no real inventory tracking at all. I ran ads, spent thousands of dollars, and when orders finally started coming in, they canceled everything, claiming the product was “out of stock.” Here’s the kicker — it showed high stock the entire time. No warnings, no updates, nothing. Just empty promises and lost money. Their system clearly doesn’t sync or update supplier inventory in real time. If you value your business and your customers, do NOT rely on Spocket. They’ll leave you hanging when it matters most. A total waste of time, money, and trust.

I subscribed to the Spocket Standard Plan, which was clearly listed at $59, but my account has now been charged $200. This is misleading and feels like a scam. On top of that, their so-called “non-refundable policy” is unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not be tricked into paying more than the advertised price, and then be denied a refund. Spocket’s practices appear deceptive and unethical.

Steer Clear – This App is a Total Scam This app is nothing but a money trap. First, the membership system is deliberately confusing and nearly impossible to cancel. Even after uninstalling, you’ll keep getting charged—so don’t expect an easy way out once they have your payment info. Second, the suppliers are terrible. Prices are outrageously inflated, and many products falsely claim to ship from the U.S. when in reality they’re shipped from China. Some suppliers take up to 8 days just to process orders before even shipping them—completely unacceptable for a dropshipping business where speed is everything. On top of that, the customer support is abysmal—slow to respond, unhelpful, and incapable of resolving problems. When you’re running a business, you can’t afford this kind of incompetence. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do NOT use this app for your dropshipping business. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

App is great! Service is super ! You receive precise answers to your questions! Couldn't be more satisfied ! Easy to use , great price information great shipping price information! You dont get this everywhere. You pay exactly how it says there . Other apps have for example 1$ item and says free shipping and after a purchase you trying to source it ,after that you receive like 10-20$ shipping fees . So i must say : this app is great !!!

I am really Pissed off I was billed when I should not have been billed, I should have been billed the 25 of Sept because of a technical difficulty on your end. Now another problem.....I signed up for PRO which means I am allowed to upload 250 products to my store. I have up loaded 59 products and now you are telling me I have to upgrade to add more.
