If the supplier says processing time is 1 day then I expect it to be just that. My order has been sitting in processing since 7/28/23. Spocket can't even reach the vendor. My customer contacted me today and asked about the refund since the order was never shipped. I had to refund her out of my own pocket. They also promised me a free month of service twice. Never ever received the free month either. Support is respectful, but delivery could use work. I have decided to cancel services overall.

Terrible app. Signed up for the “AI created store”, it’s supposed to be completed in an hour, it was not. Then they said even though it’s advertised that it’ll be done in under 60 min, that it can take up to 48 hours (so they just lie), it took about 4 days for mg store to be finished (so they’re really not using AI, they’re creating the stores manually and just saying it’s AI created). Once my store was delivered to me, the registered country wrong (which you can’t change), so I couldn’t even use the store. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and now they won’t respond to any emails. Stay far away, scamming, dishonest company.

Surely feels like a scam. They will debit you, even without informing you. As of right now, they have even completely went offline, to add to the mess. "Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner. If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation."

worst experience of my life. Fraud office that collects money for nothing. I used the opportunity to pause the subscription, it was clearly written there that no money will be collected until I continue the subscription. Money is suddenly withdrawn from the card. Then I had tried their product geniusdrop, where they create your own store. The ad said $1, I entered the data, I didn't get access to any of the stores, and €36 was charged to my card. I wrote a complaint to them, but it's useless, they always give the same answer that the money will not be returned and they are very sorry that it happened. Someone else answers all the time, just replies to emails every few days. Never fall into their trap like I did.

Spocket is a scamming and unserious business, stay away! I signed up for Spockets free trial to try out their services. Their selection of products is mostly garbage and the app is difficult and in many ways inconvenient. I made sure to cancel my free trial before the period of two weeks was over. For some reason they still charged me for the next month of the paid plan, even though I most definitely cancelled it. Because of a server issue or something on their end it appeared that my cancellation never registered (or so they claim). When contacting their support I was given unserious responses and after insisting on receiving a refund they waited several days to answer and then “declined this request”. Greedy, scammy and terrible are the three words to describe this terrible business. Stay away. I’d imagine any of their competitors are much better.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Spocket is an emblem of the worst practices a business can adopt, hiding behind flashy marketing and dubious 5 star reviews, while they stealthily rob unsuspecting customers. Promising a vast array of "quality" products, they deliver nothing but disappointment. The product selection is severely lacking in both quantity and quality, making their service utterly futile. Their reckless disregard for customer data is horrifying. After deleting their app within the 7-day trial period, I was shocked to discover Spocket had retained my payment information unlawfully and charged me an outrageous $140 CAD. A clear violation of trust and basic customer rights, as well as Shopify's policies. Their customer service is an affront to the term itself. Instead of aiding their patrons, they take pleasure in shrugging off valid refund requests, showing a shocking lack of empathy and blatant disregard for their customers. Not only did this experience steal my hard-earned money, but it also robbed me of valuable time. Two full days spent wrangling with Shopify, the BBB, Spocket, and PayPal in a desperate bid to recover my funds. This company made me feel inconsequential and exploited, a mere number in their list of victims. I was treated not as a customer, but as an easy mark. Do your due diligence before considering Spocket. Don’t recommend. Never received any emails for terms and conditions or privacy policy, and any charges. The wait 10 days to charge you after the free trial so they can say you are in the middle of your plan. No refunds regardless. Erwin in chat was unwilling to help and stated a policy that doesn’t exist. Completely disappointing. I installed the app because I was not impressed with the brands or products in their shop.

Had my first order through Spocket and already I'm having issues. The vendor name for the order and the company that charged my Paypal account are two different companies in two different countries. I brought my concern up to Spocket and all they said is their Operations team "investigated" and didn't find anything wrong. Meanwhile, Paypal investigated and said it was a fraudulent charge, refunded me and set up two factor authentication to avoid this happening again. Spocket has done NOTHING to make this right. BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam! Look at the other 1 star reviews, not the other reviews that are clearly fake.

UPDATE: Their response to this review is FAKE, they contacted me, put it in writing that I would be refunded and then they ghosted me! NO Refund STILL (5/9/23). PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND WATCH YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY. check out their BBB reviews also, I am not alone in this situation. Once again, I trusted this company after they reached out to me to "make things right" and offering me several months of free service and now they have turned around and charged my account almost $700 for a renewal that I NEVER agreed to! I worked with upper management previously due to SO many ongoing issues including order delays, wrong items being sent to my customers and now for the 2nd or 3rd time my account being charged without MY authorization! I have documentation that I requested auto renew to be turned off when free months of service was offered to me BY THEIR UPPER MANAGEMENT TEAM! MAJOR Issues with this company, after 3 years with them I recommend you STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I WILL KEEP TAKING THIS UP THE CHAIN UNTIL MY CARD IS REFUNDED.

This is a scam! Why NOT to use this: 1) They push you to sign up for their trial. Even when you cancel right away, they continue to charge you. I've tried to cancel three times and have been charged $300 U.S since. They refuse to refund me. 2) Their prices are way too high on the products. It's impossible to make any money with them. 3) Their positive reviews are one of two: Fake (You can tell from the "names" of the stores) or They are from people that got paid in credits from Spocket as soon as they downloaded the app. The only way this app makes their money is from getting users to upgrade, and then their app not working properly when you try to cancel. Just read the other 1 star reviews before you sign up.

Absolute scam of an app. These "I love it reviews" I don't know where it's coming from but I highly doubt they're real. 1.) Keyword search functions are an absolute nightmare. I can search specifically for "electronics" and clothing items, towels, and blankets would be my selections. 2.) I applied for the free trial, and then it lapped while I already removed the products from my website by a couple of days since I never used the app. They charged me full subscription prices when I canceled the account, they refused to refund me because of a "no refund" policy. On top of that, if you're going to charge me, and I cancel and immediately lose all "premium" functions that you've already charged me the month for is absolutely unfair practice. I would highly NOT recommend this app to anyone. Especially since these policies can be discouraging if you're new to Shopify. Absolutely horrible service.

This is a good app for anyone looking to start a dropping shipping business on Shopify. As they state, there are hundreds of products to choose from for your store. The customer service and support teams are very friendly and easy to work with. HOWEVER, BUYER BEWARE; here are some important considerations based on my personal experience. Product stock notifications and COMMUNICATIONS with suppliers ARE HORRIBLE, which means THERE’S A PERPETUAL PROBLEM WITH PRODUCTS BEING OUT OF STOCK. Over the two+ years of working with Spocket, I had to cancel more than 70% of the orders placed through the app. The reason was because items were out of stock or the supplier was no longer selling on the app, and there was never a communication regarding these status changes. Because of that, my customers ordered with an expectation to receive, only to become dissatisfied and upset with my company when I had to cancel their orders. Moreover, these scenarios cost my business significant money for credit card processing and cancellation fees. If your goal is to simply show an abundance of products on your site, then this app may be right for you. If your goal is to make money in product sales with happy, satisfied customers, then I caution you to stay away.
