The Stock Sync team is very responsive, often answering emails asking for help in off hours and then following up until issues are resolved.

Stock Sync is exactly what we needed. products update stock instantly and we avoid oversells. support answered my questions when i couldnt map variants right. the UI could be cleaner and few buttons felt odd, but it got the job done.

Excellent support and fast problem solving! Raj helped us a lot with fixing our CSV issues and getting our original BestNutrition CSV working properly again. Thanks to his quick reaction and technical knowledge, our system is now running smoothly. Communication was clear, friendly, and professional the whole time. Highly recommended for anyone working with product feeds and Shopify. Thank you again for the great support!

I’m giving SyncX 4 stars. The app can be a bit tricky and hard to set up initially, but once you manage to get the logic right, it works like a charm. The best part was the support—I received excellent help and as soon as I got through to a real person instead of a bot. Having a human Raj guide me through the flow made all the difference. Highly recommended if you need a reliable sync, just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve during setup!

SyncX: Stock Sync has proven to be an exceptionally powerful and professional tool for managing product imports and inventory synchronization in Shopify. For merchants working with multiple suppliers, large XML/CSV feeds, or complex matching logic, this app is not just useful — it becomes essential. One of the biggest strengths of SyncX is its flexibility in data mapping and matching logic. Unlike many other sync tools that force rigid rules, SyncX allows you to precisely control how products are identified and updated. Whether you want to match products by barcode (EAN/GTIN), SKU, or even custom composite identifiers, the system gives you that freedom. This is critical when working with suppliers that don’t always provide clean or consistent data. Another standout feature is the advanced XML handling. SyncX supports complex XML structures with custom parent nodes and variant nodes, which makes it suitable for enterprise-level feeds and non-standard supplier formats. The ability to manually define parent nodes ensures stable imports even when auto-detection fails — a huge advantage for real-world supplier feeds. Performance-wise, SyncX handles large catalogs smoothly. Even with thousands of products, updates are reliable and predictable. Incremental syncs for price and quantity allow you to keep your store up to date without risking unwanted overwrites of product content such as titles, descriptions, or images. The app also excels in separating ADD feeds from SYNC feeds, which is a best practice in serious e-commerce operations. You can safely create products once, then run lightweight sync jobs that update only stock and pricing. This reduces risk and gives you full operational control. Another major plus is data transparency and testing. You always know what field maps to what, and you can clearly see how values are transformed before they reach Shopify. This makes debugging and optimization much easier compared to “black box” sync apps. The user interface is clean and logical, and while the app is powerful, it doesn’t feel overwhelming once you understand the workflow. For advanced users, the JMESPath-style expressions unlock an additional level of precision that is rarely available in Shopify apps. Finally, SyncX stands out because it is clearly built for serious merchants and operators, not just beginners. It respects the realities of working with imperfect supplier data, frequent price changes, and large inventories — and it gives you the tools to handle all of that safely.
