I am very happy with Stock Sync's service. The platform is easy to use and effective for managing my inventory. Faz, in particular, has been very helpful and responsive, always ensuring my needs are met. The customer support team takes the time to address each issue thoroughly, which I truly appreciate. I would work with Stock Sync again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable inventory management with excellent support.

syncX: Stock Sync is easy to use, intuitive and very effective for updating my store inventory using my vendor's daily spreadsheet updates. This has saved us endless problems with customers ordering out of stock merchandise. The app also offers options for archiving or removing products when they become unavailable from vendors. This feature is somewhat complex to set up, but works very well once it is established. The StockSync support people are wonderful to work with, and they will work with you until your issues are resolved. Five star app and five star support!

Does exactly what I needed, syncs inventory data from multiple Google Sheets with different types of formatting and header information. Easy to use and set schedules.

This app has taken a complete nose dive and support haven't been a great help with communication this last few weeks. Just the generic we will get back to you with no updates. Suddenly the add feed for my wholesaler "Windsor" has stopped pulling images entirely and is creating listings without product images absolutely destroying the trust and integrity of my business and costing me thousands as a result. No updates as to where things are at or a permanent solution to address the issue that keeps happening (Third time). Not even an offer from the team for some compensation in the way of credits or points since it isn't affecting their income. Be warned, was excellent for a long time but when things do go wrong and bug out you'll be left holding the bag alone.
We are sorry about the image problems after reimporting them. All the images are okay now. We suspect the images were unavailable, or there were issues with the supplier's server during that time. Our team will look into this and hope to avoid this in the future.

Wat een super app. En wat een goede ondersteuning. Ik wilde een paar velden met elkaar laten vermenigvuldigen om een verzendvolume te berekenen maar zelf kan ik niet programeren. Deze functie zit niet standaard in de app maar het is wel mogelijk. Bedankt hiervoor. Dit is een uitstekende app. Iedere nacht synchroniseren wij onze data met verschillende leveranciers en dit werkt zo goed dat we volledig up to date zijn. Ook een maatwerk connectie, wat we nodig hadden bij een leverancier, hebben ze voor ons geinstalleerd zodat we ook daar de juiste data van binnen krijgen. Super, ons bedrijf kan niet zonder deze app of we moeten het handmatig doen wat enorm veel extra tijd kost.

I have an issue where the App is reading the incorrect sheet on an Excel feed, so all my product pricing and quantities are incorrect on my live site. As you can imagine, this isn't good for business. I have reached out to support via email and on their so-called live chat, but I have had zero response. If you are looking for an App that takes customer service seriously, I would not suggest Stock Sync.
