I've used this app for 3 different websites and started with the older version. I love the improvements and new look. Much easier to work with although some parameter input is still hard to understand. Tech support is always quick and helpful and answers all of my questions, or solves the problem. I highly recommend this app for both inventory management and adding and removing inventory to your store.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stock Sync. Despite high expectations based on their marketing promises, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the integration process was overly complicated and time-consuming. The lack of clear, comprehensive documentation made it even more frustrating. When issues arose, customer support is unhelpful, often taking days to reply with generic, uninformative answers. Additionally, the performance of the service has been subpar. Frequent synchronization errors have caused disruptions in my inventory management, leading to overselling and stockouts. This has not only caused financial loss but also damaged my reputation with customers. In summary, Stock Sync has failed to deliver the reliability and support I expected. I hope they take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to their service. I do not recommend making use of Stock Sync!

I am very happy with Stock Sync's service. The platform is easy to use and effective for managing my inventory. Faz, in particular, has been very helpful and responsive, always ensuring my needs are met. The customer support team takes the time to address each issue thoroughly, which I truly appreciate. I would work with Stock Sync again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable inventory management with excellent support.

syncX: Stock Sync is easy to use, intuitive and very effective for updating my store inventory using my vendor's daily spreadsheet updates. This has saved us endless problems with customers ordering out of stock merchandise. The app also offers options for archiving or removing products when they become unavailable from vendors. This feature is somewhat complex to set up, but works very well once it is established. The StockSync support people are wonderful to work with, and they will work with you until your issues are resolved. Five star app and five star support!

Does exactly what I needed, syncs inventory data from multiple Google Sheets with different types of formatting and header information. Easy to use and set schedules.
