Excellent service. A++++ customer service
Absolutely horrendous app recently. The mapping function is as hit and miss as Donald Trumps Tarrifs. The SyncX team can't seem to rectify issues in a timely manner and it's cost us thousands of pounds in sales. So far.

Would totally recommend this app for smaller stores such as mine and customer support was on point in helping me implement a feature I needed.
Stock Sync is an essential app for any e-commerce business who needs to bulk edit! The platform is excellent and the customer service team is beyond my expectations. At Sweatfully, we have many different suppliers across different industries and Stock Sync makes adding new or updating current products a breeze. We would not have been able to get to where we are today without Stock Sync. I believe every Shopify business should have this app. It is a no brainer to download and purchase. I have been using the app for the last 3 months and i cn honestly say, its working perfectly. i have DROPBOX/EMAIL/XML feeds coming into my store on daily basis we had a issue with one XML and they sorted it out for us by changing things on there program. They also have Full documentation you can check first.
