Easy to setup, I did have some issues but they were fixed, although support is a little slow, works as it should. But $15 and can only sync the feed every 8hrs is terrible. Will be looking for another app that isnt so tight on scheduling.
Hi there We deeply apologize for the trouble you have faced. I understand your concerns and would like to help you find a solution that works for your budget. Let me brief you on how the subscription works. When you choose the plan with every 1-hour schedule, every feed is entitled to get an hourly update. Unfortunately, we can't adjust it for specific feeds. This means that if you want an update every hour for the 'stock update' feed, the other two feeds will also receive hourly updates. However, we can suggest a way to get 4-hour update since you have only used 2 Update feeds. All you have to do is duplicate the 'stock update' feed and run it at a different time. We hope that you would give us another chance to make it up to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any troubles or problems that you encountered upon using Stock Sync. Cheapest, most effective API/FTP integration app on the market (I've researched competitors). Their support team spent an hour with me and was very skilled in addition to email communication. If you don't want to take months to learn how to code API/FTP feeds, this solution is exactly what you are looking for. Pro tip: buy credits (product imports) in bulk option to save 50% if a larger store. $50 = 10,000 products + $15-$25/monthly for update feeds. A++

I have been really happy with this app. It has been reasonably easy to use and has lots of videos and tutorials to help you. There was just one supplier I could not work out how to sync to and I messaged stock sync directly and they were able to set it up for me for free. The service has been great.

This app is a must have for anyone wanting to automatically track inventory levels. The support team is absolutely wonderful to deal with, and very responsive and quick to resolve my issues. Being new to Shopify, I needed assistance in setting up my suppliers on the app, Suriyah was an absolute gem in getting me sorted out, even following me up afterwards to ensure the feeds were working properly. I’ve only been using the app for a couple of weeks but haven’t had any issues at all, and it sync’s seamlessly with my suppliers. Highly recommend!

We had a problem with our feed with duplicated images sended to our stores. Lucky Azza helpt us out and solved the issue in 24 hours. Great service and the feed works properly now. good job

After weeks of dealing with Support team due to problems with the product, the feeds are still not working correctly and the store has been on hold for far too long. I'm sure in some cases the app works but we have had nothing but issues trying to connect an XML feed.
