I have been using the app for the last 3 months and i cn honestly say, its working perfectly. i have DROPBOX/EMAIL/XML feeds coming into my store on daily basis we had a issue with one XML and they sorted it out for us by changing things on there program. They also have Full documentation you can check first.

Tried to setup this app to sync my Square store and Shopify. Sadly they do not document this process and their support did not have any helpful information. Already requested a refund from them.

UPDATE 7/28/25. I needed to update my review to share the amazing service I received. My supplier recently changed their inventory system to an API and I had no idea of how to create an API or if it was even possible using Stock Sync. I reached out to customer support, and they told me that needed a few days, but that they would be able to help me. About 4 days later, they created the API that I needed to sync my supplier's inventory to my Shopify store. TRUELY UNBELIEVABLE service!!! This app is a game changer if you work with drop shippers that provide an inventory database to keep your store inventory up to date. I can't say enough of how well this app works. There was some trial and error to figure out how the app works, but once figured out, it will keep your store's inventory up to date. You can sync inventory automatically or manually sync inventory. Highly recommend! I am subscribed to the Pro account tier.

wirklich gute App für Shopify, manche Shops/Stores für Dropshipping sind schon direkt angebunden und man kann sie in der Suche finden. Hier gibt es auch genügend Videos die alle ausführlich und auf den Punkt gebracht erklären. Leider hatte ich einige Probleme mit der API von meinem Dropshipper aber dank Raj vom Customer Support konnten all diese Probleme sehr zügig und effektiv gelöst werden. Danke nochmal für die gute Zusammenarbeit. Alles in allem kann ich die App definitiv weiter empfehlen auch für Neulinge wie mich die einen Dropshipping-Store eröffnen mit knapp 900 Produkten.

StockSync is an absolute game-changer! Their app is incredibly easy to use—literally Inventory Feeds For Dummies—and it gets the job done almost flawlessly. The customer service is outstanding; they are always eager to help and make sure everything runs smoothly. I feel like they are an extension of my team, always there when I need them. StockSync has saved me soooo much time, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Support team is as useful as a rock can be. Never online, you need to figure things on your own. I have ran into issues several times, opened tickets and their answer is extremely poor. if you are not savvy managing filters do not get this app

While the app, generally works fine, whenever i need help with changes, the support team are absolutely useless at giving help to get you back up and running quickly. They extend the downtime from proper use of the app, by being as unhelpful as they possibly can be.. Recommend finding a similar app from a company that can actually give you support and n to waste your money here..
