Editing this (originally 1 star) review to say that the team fixed this issue and now we are able to use 3rd party fulfillment locations again!! They fixed it within 24 hours after I brought up the issue. Original review below: This app has been AMAZING in the past for our store, since we have multiple vendors and manage syncing inventory from multiple locations. We use a different app for order fulfillments, and now they are no longer supporting fulfillment locations from 3rd party apps. This completely bricks our process and makes the app unusable for our use case. I'm not sure why this change was made but if it's not resolved in some way we will have to switch to a different app.

Recommending. It was quite complicated to set up from customers interface, but customer support is quite good, and they helped out through out the process.

Absolutely horrendous app recently. The mapping function is as hit and miss as Donald Trumps Tarrifs. The SyncX team can't seem to rectify issues in a timely manner and it's cost us thousands of pounds in sales. So far.

Stock Sync is an essential app for any e-commerce business who needs to bulk edit! The platform is excellent and the customer service team is beyond my expectations. Have just joined Synch X - and had some initial teething problems, but Faz, Raj and Hanah between them spent hours with me, resolving each issue and explaining everything to me, they were absolutely fab. I didn't realise they are based in Malaysia and on a couple of occasions they were supporting me in between midnight and 2am in their Timezone, and always remained positive and supportive. I honestly couldn't ask for more re Customer Support and I thank all 3 of them and am so happy that the synching is working perfectly. Highly recommend.
