I had no idea how to upload my CSV file and was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but Raj made the whole process so easy and stress-free. A bit tricky to set up the first time, but the support team is very responsive and very helpful, so it is not an issue. Excellent App!

Great product and fills a desperate need. Support is kind and helpful, takes a while to respond; unlike most they did not rush or give up after 10 minutes. They dedicated a full 45 minutes to making sure I was fully set up and prepared.

Wow – what an awesome experience! We first tried this on the free version for our business, and honestly, it was just what we needed to begin with (FREE! ). Super easy to set up and actually useful from day one. We tested it with all kinds of uploads: one supplier sent us emails, another had a Google Sheet with about 2,000 SKUs, and we even hooked up a direct RSS feed. Every method just… worked. Simple, smooth, done! In the tech game, that is hard to get! As our business grew, the platform grew with us. Their pricing is fair, and the customisation is next-level. We needed multiple feeds (lots of them!) but not an insane amount of SKUs (around 10,000) and only a few daily updates. It was so cool figuring out the perfect setup that fit us like a glove. Then came the big test: we hit a super weird API challenge where we had to pull data, match it to an RSS feed, and re-map it back in. I thought, “No way they’ll sort this out for just me.” But guess what? The team actually built a custom location-based filter within a couple of days! Not only did it solve our problem, but they’re now planning to roll it out across the whole platform. That’s insane. Talk about customer-first thinking! I don’t expect they’ll build anything for everyone, but the fact that they listened, understood, and delivered a real solution says everything about how these guys operate. Massive shoutout to the team – brilliant to work with, innovative, and just genuinely awesome. Thanks again!

What you should know about this app, well it is excellent it really helps someone that has no prior technical knowledge to follow guides and with a 75 - 100% rate setup his supplier's XML file. ( The rate is adjusted per the file your supplier will provide you with). But besides that, you have a team that constantly tries to support you, edit for you and even check up on you for your ''success''. And that is just incredible, not only as a product but as an overall service. 10/10 would recommend again and again!

Editing this (originally 1 star) review to say that the team fixed this issue and now we are able to use 3rd party fulfillment locations again!! They fixed it within 24 hours after I brought up the issue. Original review below: This app has been AMAZING in the past for our store, since we have multiple vendors and manage syncing inventory from multiple locations. We use a different app for order fulfillments, and now they are no longer supporting fulfillment locations from 3rd party apps. This completely bricks our process and makes the app unusable for our use case. I'm not sure why this change was made but if it's not resolved in some way we will have to switch to a different app.
