Way too cumbersome to deal with the interface of this app. Its like you are working in C++ environment and on top of that upon contacting the support team; they seems irrelevant of the customer questions. I am asking something else and they are responding something else. My humble suggestion is that you MUST introduce live chat service in which you can take up customers queries in live mode and provide immediate solutions. I moves to another app where I have to pay double amount but since they resolved my questions instantly so I decided to stay with them.
We are very sorry for the bad experience that you are having. We understand Stock Sync has tons of customizable settings which required spend some time to learn but once get familiar it can turn to be a powerful tool. We trace back the tickets and our team did answer more than 9 of your questions. However, we understand our last reply might be too generic and we apologize for that. I hope you could understand inventory management sometimes can be very simple and complicated so we want to ensure we are in the right direction.

This app saves us a ton of time with pricing and inventory update feeds from out suppliers. Highly recommended.

Makes life so easy. It's a great app which saves a lot of time. I was able to automate the complete stock sync. with different suppliers. A must have with awesome support!

I love this app. It's really easy to set up and use for stock quantity updates. All the items in my store can now have their stock availability kept current with the click of a mouse button. It's awesome.

Stock Sync is a phenomenal app! It has great features that save you so much time, and they are always adding great new features to the app. Compared to other apps in the same category, you get so much more out of the Stock Sync app. They have several subscription plans you can choose from, and in my opinion the prices are very reasonable. Also, The support team is fantastic! I had some major issues setting up my feeds. They really made a huge effort to make sure everything works perfectly.

Excellent app, works flawless and is easy to use, I contacted customer support an always helped me with any question or issue I may have, and they replay back to me very fast. I will recommend 100%, good price and it worth every dollar we spend.

Cool App, does exactly what I need! Price is very fair for the service being delivered. My supplier only had product items in his xml file, some of them I use as a product item also, but them I treat like a variant. With other app I failed to syn the variants im my shop tthen, but with this app it works!

Very versatile app to sync stock levels with supplier. Im using csv and xml sync and there is tons of other options. Customer service responded fast and helped with some issues. 5 stars!!

Best app for inventory management. App is very user friendly, most my inventory uploads I do are away from the office via my phone. Easy to configure to your suppliers/warehouse data format. I’ve been using the app for about a year and a half now. Never had a one issue and saves many headaches

Love stock-sync for adding products and updating product data and inventory on a scheduled basis from our accounting system. Support is fantastic. Would highly recommend Stock Sync. We use it across multiple stores.

The app is awesome. You do not have to worry about the inventory of your store. Daily updates are done for you. We had some issues setting the feed but the customer support helped us immediately.

I have been using Stock Sync now for about 3 months. It is very good software to help manage all your store's inventory. It is incredibly powerful but also quite complex to navigate so you will almost certainly need the help of support. I managed to 'almost' set up a CSV feed but had a few issues which were resolved fairly quickly by support. XML feeds seem to be a little more complicated however and it took quite some time to set this up so it is 100% but we are there now. Support is excellent but it is via e mail so depending on your time zone you may not get a response the same day. When you contact support be very clear about what you want because the software has a ton of options that can be included or excluded depending on what you want the feed to do. I was a bit vague on occasion so I got vague answers back! All in all a great way to manage your inventory in shopify.
