we have been running stock sync on both of our shopify stores for a few years now and are very happy with both the product and the support. it definitely feels like it has improved a lot over the time we have been using it and we now rely on it for managing all stock quantities and price changes from suppliers as well as adding new stock. with over 50k lines across the 2 stores we rely on it working very heavily

Such a cheap add-on with huge customisation options for various feed imports! I had some issues setting up because of the distributor feed type and the file encoding but the developers were super responsive and very helpful. With a bit of back and forth and testing we were able to get things working correctly, I can't thank them enough for their time spent helping me out. Thanks team Stocksync!

This app is extremely helpful for syncing inventory. Setup was very easy! Everything is running stable. Customer support is fast, helpful and friendly. We've had some customization done - no problem. Cann't reccomend this app more!

Had a lot of teething problems in the first few years, support is hit and miss and not very proactive. Once you do get the setup bang on, it does work quite well. A paid service for a full setup would be a good idea and one I'd gladly pay for to avoid all the headaches for issues down the line.

We are using the Stock Sync App to update stock levels on our web shop. Having multiple bundle sizes of the same item caused a few head scratching moments, but the guys at Stock Sync were excellent at getting everything working. Thanks to the Stock Sync team for taking the time to explore, explain and ultimately provide what we needed in a handy well priced App.

Just what we have been looking for. Any teething issues- like requirement to have an IP address for a SFTP feed were dealt with fast. Running 6 feeds with stock crossovers and no issues showing maximum stock available. Added a few items we had not listed easily.

Stock Sync just blew my mind for such easy config and implement. I have successfully done two different stock feeds - email and SFTP. All smooth and quick. The next one will try Rest/API. This is a brilliant app, don't miss it out.

Has been the best app I have found to be able to setup data syncing from our suppliers to our store. Support have been great and is simple to use.

The system is overall easy enough to figure out. But to use it efficiently their customer service is always good with responses. Although they are good at responding to emails technical info sometimes does not translate well, so I suggest setting up a virtual call with their tech team who will walk you through the whole process.

Does exactly what it's advertised to do! We use this to sync our inventory numbers on a daily basis and works great. The customer support replies very quickly and has a great understanding of the in's and out's of the sync. Great app!

Took a while to get syncing to work but once I figured it out, this app is perfect! Can now upload inventory, prices and so much more when needed. So flexible, so many options to make life easier, automatic syncing available. This app is perfect!

A great app that really helped us sync inventory. We take customer service very seriously, so any app that can provide support quickly, and thoroughly are always apps worth keeping! We reached out to the app support team before purchasing to get some questions answered, and they replied back quickly, and thoroughly by explaining the features, and providing excellent support. They made us comfortable trusting them and removed any hesitations we had. It was incredibly easy to use, and they have multiple file formats you can integrate with, and multiple sync options. Great job guys!

My Stock is not updating on Shopify and 0% stock updated on Stock Sync. My CSV and shop systems shows stock available but when i add the products to shopify its shows SOLD OUT
