We are very sorry for the bad experience on Stock Sync. Our team is quite sad about the 1-star app review. We hope you can give us a chance to help you. We deeply apologize as we have to admit it is a flaw on our end that we only support via emails only at the moment and not calls or live chat. We will definitely improve this in the future. Regarding the billing, we do have an option for our users to downgrade to a free plan whenever the user wanted to put it on hold for using Stock Sync so that it won’t get billed monthly. All settings will remains as it is if users decided to upgrade it back again. It saddens us that the feed leaves an impression that we are blocking you. However, the monthly plan takes into account the total variants from the whole store, not only the ones to be updated from the feed file. This is because Stock Sync will need to find matching products from the store and the file in order to update the products. We do have a filter where you can limit the products to be updated and it will decrease the product limit if you do not wish to upgrade the plan. To clarify, we never deleted any review even how bad it is. We will make it right until our customer removes/update the review willingly. Have used this app for a few years on another Shopify store, now using for a 2nd store. We love how easy it is to use with different file source abilities along with multiple feeds. You can automate an upload daily or hourly, etc. Support is responsive and always here to help. Wee have never had any problems and highly recommend one of the best apps on Shopify.

Being able to control 'continue selling when out of stock' based on my suppliers' inventory levels makes things so much easier and less room for error!

Excellent app, works flawless and is easy to use, I contacted customer support an always helped me with any question or issue I may have, and they replay back to me very fast. I will recommend 100%, good price and it worth every dollar we spend.

Love stock-sync for adding products and updating product data and inventory on a scheduled basis from our accounting system. Support is fantastic. Would highly recommend Stock Sync. We use it across multiple stores.

I am on a major learning curve and setting up Stock Sync was a little daunting at first, however thanks to the help provided by Stock Sync its all up and running now. There are some functions that I have still to learn but business can carry on as usual only now with greater efficiency. Its early days but this does seem to be the perfect tool for the job. Having now spent some time with this system plus having to avail of the support provided, I am a very satisfied customer and would confidently recommend Stock Sync to anyone with a need for this sort of App

They reached out and offered an extended trial and help to setup. I had already found a better solution. I hope they shift to provide the service they offered after my initial 1* review but I'm increasing for the follow-up effort. 1st review below............ After first update that stalled at 66% for over an hour until I aborted to find that 2 DAYS later it updated my store from the out of date file. Support confirmed that it took 2 days but shouldn't take that long again. The only setup support they offered was a link to the knowledgebase. My update was only 4 simple fields and I never got the update to work correctly. This product and lack of prompt helpful support make it unusable.
We are sorry that the bad experience that you had. The feed process got stuck halfway that causing it to seem took 2 days to complete. We like to affirm that this rarely happens. We understand this store updated over 35k SKUs on a free trial plan which usually took just a few hours (for initial update). Stores with bigger SKUs have a higher chance to get stuck but are very rare. We hope that you would reach us again to give us another chance.
