I am on a major learning curve and setting up Stock Sync was a little daunting at first, however thanks to the help provided by Stock Sync its all up and running now. There are some functions that I have still to learn but business can carry on as usual only now with greater efficiency. Its early days but this does seem to be the perfect tool for the job. Having now spent some time with this system plus having to avail of the support provided, I am a very satisfied customer and would confidently recommend Stock Sync to anyone with a need for this sort of App

They reached out and offered an extended trial and help to setup. I had already found a better solution. I hope they shift to provide the service they offered after my initial 1* review but I'm increasing for the follow-up effort. 1st review below............ After first update that stalled at 66% for over an hour until I aborted to find that 2 DAYS later it updated my store from the out of date file. Support confirmed that it took 2 days but shouldn't take that long again. The only setup support they offered was a link to the knowledgebase. My update was only 4 simple fields and I never got the update to work correctly. This product and lack of prompt helpful support make it unusable.

Stock Sync's functionalities are so good & essential I wonder why Shopify hasn't bought them yet. If you're looking for a way of automatically and seamlessly uploading your stock to Shopify, then Stock Sync is the one and only app you'll ever need. They really were a lifesaver for me! The team is also super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my questions! Can't recommend them enough!

A Major Time Saver - Stock Sync is just the app I was looking for when I was whiteboarding the options we had to integrate products feed from multiple suppliers. We had a custom requirement where our suppliers are providing the product information in more than 1 file, which made it more complicated. Stock Sync enabled us to integrate more than 1 file from each supplier, with ease. The ability to schedule batch runs is another time-saver. The help documentation can be organised better but being said the quick and timely support we get from the team outweigh's this minor hiccup.

The App is working just fine, it may take some understanding for people who are not very tech savvy. The Support we received was exceptional and we wish to thank Raj for assisting us through a few sessions to help us get where we needed to be. We are now 98% there with real-time stock levels linked to our Supplier. Great work and thank you Raj!

Stock Sync is an awesome inventory management app. We were able to connect it with our ERP system seamlessly and update inventory every half hour. If there ever is an issue (which is not often), we email support and they get back to us so quickly and they're SO helpful. Highly recommend!

They have been very responsive and helpful, even to customizations. I had one issue with updates being queued for an extender period, but that was not their fault. AWS was down that day, and affected anyone who uses it. Even still, they were responsive and helpful in getting it back up and running. Highly recommended!
