syncX: Stock Sync & Inventory

Stock Sync's functionalities are so good & essential I wonder why Shopify hasn't bought them yet. If you're looking for a way of automatically and seamlessly uploading your stock to Shopify, then Stock Sync is the one and only app you'll ever need. They really were a lifesaver for me! The team is also super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my questions! Can't recommend them enough!

This is a slick app that does a ton of automation for our business. It is amazing how flexible the app is to process inventory files in different formats and from different sources. The support team is very helpful and has always resolved any issues or answered my questions in detail. Thank you!

A Major Time Saver - Stock Sync is just the app I was looking for when I was whiteboarding the options we had to integrate products feed from multiple suppliers. We had a custom requirement where our suppliers are providing the product information in more than 1 file, which made it more complicated. Stock Sync enabled us to integrate more than 1 file from each supplier, with ease. The ability to schedule batch runs is another time-saver. The help documentation can be organised better but being said the quick and timely support we get from the team outweigh's this minor hiccup.

The App is working just fine, it may take some understanding for people who are not very tech savvy. The Support we received was exceptional and we wish to thank Raj for assisting us through a few sessions to help us get where we needed to be. We are now 98% there with real-time stock levels linked to our Supplier. Great work and thank you Raj!

Stock Sync is an awesome inventory management app. We were able to connect it with our ERP system seamlessly and update inventory every half hour. If there ever is an issue (which is not often), we email support and they get back to us so quickly and they're SO helpful. Highly recommend!

They have been very responsive and helpful, even to customizations. I had one issue with updates being queued for an extender period, but that was not their fault. AWS was down that day, and affected anyone who uses it. Even still, they were responsive and helpful in getting it back up and running. Highly recommended!

We couldn't run our website without StockSync. We're managing a number of feeds from vendors, all with various levels of sophistication, from a REST API to a manual upload of a CSV file. Like many, our industry has had historical disruptions to its supply chain in 2020. Using StockSync to adjust quantity rules, increase the frequency of feed updates and adding/removing products in a timely fashion has been key to navigating these uncertain times. Inventory mostly takes care of itself so we can focus on more pressing matters. Support has always been quick to respond and helpful.

This app allows me to keep my inventory updated automatically, which is a massive time saver. Support is quick and very helpful, I would recommend to any store wanting to save time and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Stocksync promisses are great, however their servers are absolutely unreliable and rarely complete its tasks on time. Either uploading a file mannualy or via automatic feeds, it just takes a long time "processing" and sometimes it fails without completing the task. Not recommended for stores that need accuracy.

This Stock Sync app is a total game changer. Super useful and saves me SO much time. The support team (particularly Raj) always provides incredibly helpful support and answers within 24 hours when I have any problems.
