We have used Stock Sync to connect an online store to over a dozen suppliers. The suppliers were using a range of different systems & Stock Sync worked with each of them. If we ever got stuck the Stock Sync support staff were responsive & helpful. Very pleased with this app. Update 05/04/23 - app wasn't working so I messaged the developers and the problem was fixed within the hour - great service guys!

I have been using this app for about 6 months now and i am very happy with it. The support team always responds within a day and are very open to suggestions for new features.

Stock Sync is a great tool that allows our product providers to update their stock directly into our shop. This saves us tons of time and energy and allows us to concentrate on the most important parts of our business. If you add a first class support to it as it is the case, nothing can go wrong.

I am using the app to sync my external inventory system with Shopify and works well! The team help me to configurate the app, the service is excelent , I definetly recommed it!

Fast and competent support. App is working fine. Many options too choose and compatible with many feed files.

The app works fine without any problems. The configuration is simple, for more complex operations the assistance service is always ready and fast.

I used this to pull down a zipped FTP feed and it functions well, if a bit slow. That is okay though as this will only occur once or twice a day. I will update in the future if I run into any issues or find any features lacking. So far it seems full featured and priced in such a way that designing the same system yourself would not save you money.

Absolutely great support from the Stock Sync, especially Jor. I was having trouble setting up an API connection to my store (because I am not very computer literate) and they dis all the work for me. Definitely worth the money!

This app is really perfect for our business. We can easily upload the stock from our third party logistician but we also can send by email automaticly our inventory to our customers. And customer service is really helpfull !

Stock Sync is a very simple yet really helpful app. You can set up your feed from just about any source you can think of, and the best part is that their support team is extremely helpful. We had a pretty unique excel sheet that needs to get emailed every day, and Raj from support set up all the mapping for us within in minutes.

After testing out a few apps to automate inventory updates from our drop ship suppliers Stock Sync was by far the best solution for us. While I did have some difficulties initially their customer service team went above and beyond to assist me with my set up. I highly recommend!

Hi I have not received any response in 2 days. All of my products have somehow set to sold out 0 inventory. Can you please fix this ASAP??? I can't stress enough how convenient and advanced this app is. It has helped me not only update thousands of inventory but also upload products in the right format. Their packages are priced reasonably.
