I used this app for over 2yr, but the feed not working at least 2~3 days per month. since feed does not work 26 hours, after amazon prime day, and Friday night. we need to update price and qty, but no response and no update. major errors and problems, this matter is over and over again. Update on 10.16.2020

I use Stock Sync to keep track of inventory in 4 stores. In our case, very easy to set up. and works flawlessly. The one time we encountered an error (not due to Stock Sync) the support staff was very quick to help to isolate the issue.

Takes a bit of trial and error to get set up, but once set up it works flawlessly, highly recommend. I use Stock Sync to update my inventory quantities from multiple vendors daily, it saves me a a lot of time. Can also be used to import new product to your store.

Setup of most feeds was straight forward and where help was required, support were on top of it and solved them quickly. We would highly recommend this app.

Using the App to bulk load product listings in the initial setup phase, and for the most part the app does a great job. The app is a great time saver, and am hoping to set up automated updates from a number of suppliers moving forward. My only criticism is that the logs for updates, errors and exceptions are lacking detail, meaning it takes time to work through the datasets to successfully load or update products when issues are encountered. I have had occasion to engage support a couple of times, and have been very happy with response and solutions provided. Anyone looking to add hundreds of products with thousands of variants should take a close look at this app, it is a great tool.

Initially they are very helpful in setting up everything for you. Later when comes to problem, they will not reply your email. To be precise, we have paid $50 dollars for the stock sync credit, only will be deducted when add or remove products, surprisingly 10,000 credits were all used up in 2 days, we doubt that they were used for updating product variants. This is not solved almost a month and since then did not get any reply. There is problem for the feed sometimes, sometimes we received email that sync is failed but it's not, sometimes the feed is missing without any reason and syncing cannot be done. Totally fed up and have to get other app. This issue has delayed us from launching a new store.

Great app. Works intuitively. Synchronization intervals were a bit long for our liking, but support were more than happy to create custom syncing intervals for us.

I have only used this APP for 2 days but it works flawlessly. I drag and drop 2 inventory csv files and it seamlessly updates the store inventory. It reads your store variants (sku's)when you first install the app so you will know on the app dashboard how many variants you have. After the free trial period you can check the pricing level against this. When setting up your file upload, it is easy to map what you want updated with just a few easy choices. It reads your file and knows exactly what to do with it! I highly recommend this app so far and with experience I have had with other inventory apps that do not perform well.

Works perfectly. We used to have a problem with syncronization because of how our file was internally generated, but the Stock Sync's staff (especially Jor!) were really helpful and they patiently managed to find the best possible solution for us!

I needed help syncing my inventory with my vendor. Truth be told I had no idea what I was doing. I downloaded the app and tried it. The app loaded certain specifics however the app didn't load all of what was needed. I over paid for what I actually used again because I had no idea what I was doing. It was very hard for me to get it going. I thought I would have to go back through 3,000 products and add the images and descriptions. I didn't like that idea because and was irritated that it did half the job of what I needed it to do or so I thought. Then the team reached out to me. They helped me fix the problem. Get all the products loaded and sync the inventory. Since then it has worked like a dream. The support here is awesome! Service is excellent. I recommend this app highly but also utilize the team they are truly there to help.

I recommend my customers this app who want to sync multi location inventory in the backend and use my "Product Inventory Information" app to display inventory on the frontend, it works so easy and fits great together with my app. I do think it's too cheap, good job guys, thanks!

I've been using Stock Sync for 3 years and up until 6 months ago was happy with them. I have no idea what's going on on their end but my products when added have no images and no one knows how to solve the issue, I've had multiple images of the same image upload onto my website and no one knows why even after playing around and adding new feeds the issues weren't solved. I've been told by Stocksync that there are no product images in the feed and this is why I'm not getting the images in, however this is incorrect. Now I find almost 4,000 products have been added into my store, so I've got double of the one product. I've managed to undo this however that's not the point, and is it going to happen again. I've even had my own tech guy look at these issues. Currently looking for another app to do the job, I can't keep doing this and no one can fix the issues. Used to highly recommend this app.

We use this app to upload our supplier's inventory feeds alongside our own brick and mortar store inventory. Works flawlessly, we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solution to upload live inventory feeds from their suppliers.
