This is a very practical app, easy to use and configure. Very responsive support team. This is the 3rd shopify store we are using it for.We can not think of using Shopify without this app. Highly recommended!

The app doesn't work properly i have to reach out to support 2-3 times a week, lose about $500-1000 a week. Support gets back 24 hours later with a reply with a question then goes another 24 hours, basically takes 3 days to get an answer to a matter, it gets solved for a few days then issues start again. I would not recommend anyone this app if they need a good customer service and support.

We rely on this tool to help us update inventory multiple times daily and other processes related to our items. We have tens of thousands of SKUs and this solution is miles ahead of using Shopify's native import. Any problems we've had relating to our understanding of how to use this software was very promptly supported. We've been using this product for well over a year and rely on it. UPDATE . . . Still works great - super powerful and more features were added that we didn't even think we could use but now we do. Tremendous value. And the support, when we need it, is terrific.

I was looking a long time for such an app/possibility of a reasonable price. The support is great the guys are really friendly an help out where needed. I would like to see more features to calculate stock estimates etc. to get out the most of the data. I think this would give this app the killer features to boost growth. Nearly everything is possible and they can integrate loads of services! Give it a try. TOP APP AND SUPPORT!

This is one of my essential apps. 1) it's affordable 2) it works great and 3) whenever there is an issue (I've experienced only a couple), the guys at stock-sync are very responsive. Inventory management use to be a huge time-suck and this app has really helped give me more time and overall made inventory management so much easier. The one thing I would suggest is making the language in the app with settings a little easier to understand. It's evident that these guys aren't US based and some of the translations are a little unclear. Keep up the good work stocksync!

We were looking for an app that takes care of the inventory for an affordable price. This one did the trick. The best thing about this app is that whenever there is a problem or an issue, their support team is super patient, supportive and fast.

I was impressed with the follow up support and resolution. Invariably there will be issues with integration of new apps on Shopify. What is important is the team behind the product working to resolve these issues. In my case, when I purchased the Stock Synch app, I got a message I was over the limit. It turned out Stock Sync scans all sku variants listed in our Shopify store. (Which makes sense). However, I only wanted a select few vendors updated each day in order to remain under the base plan threshold of 4,000 variants. They have a good method for including and excluding vendors, products, sizes and other variants. In my case, this allowed me to stay under the 4,000 limit for the base plan. I would recommend this app to all Shopify store owners as a simple and cost effective way to update their inventory.

I used this app to import barcodes into existing products in my Shopify store. There are many other ways that Stock Sync can be used to synchronize inventory. You can create custom feeds to add product or change product. The feeds that you can create are very flexible (for instance choose an input file of excel, text, or several others) My most used feed is to update physical inventory from our point of sale system. My program emails a text file in the format of UPCCODE,QTYTOSYNC\n to Stock Sync and it updates my store and emails me a confirmation summarizing what was updated and any concerns that I should address. Another successful program that I used only a few times updated barcodes in my system. I have also tested the "new item" feed for adding new items to the webstore and look forward to optimizing this in the future with Stock Sync, including automating the upload of images in bulk by using a paid subscription to Dropbox. The Stock Sync developers are very helpful. There is great value in using Stock Sync for the low price. I look forward to using Stock Sync as our long term solution for data synchronization.

Great app for managing stock levels with our dropshipping suppliers. We use Stock Sync on each store.
