Once you figure out how to use this app, it works great! Fortunately they have very responsive support to help figure it out. The email function is really cool. If you get inventory spreadsheets by email, you can simply forward the email with the attachment to a special email address. Update 2025 — support is still really good which is not the norm these days.

Long time listener, first time reviewer :) I like Stock Sync quite a lot, as it was one of the first App's that allowed me avoid manual upload of stock to my store and haven't been glitchy at all. For the price, they manage to offer quite the features and integrations. After finding them, haven't looked further. Now i'm looking into their other apps, hopefully will still be 5* reviews :

I am upgrading my rating to 5. The product is much more stable now and running timely. They also added back a feature that I was using that they had previously deprecated after I asked. Great service!

This is an amazing product and saves us a lot of time! Specifically, it doesn't only sync stocks, it also syncs other attributes like weight, price, description. And it has tons of connectivity options. We personally use google drive and it works very well. The best thing is that this has comprehensive logs where I can find items not found and items not yet in store, so no need for time consuming vlookups. I hope you can add transfers to sync with purchase orders so we can also sync incoming stocks!

Great product for syncing inventories, tags, prices etc. which is also easy to use. And does come with an awesome support!

Wont even work, gets locked up before i can even import one file

Sync from google doc does not work. It has been 3 weeks since I wrote an email with the screen shots. No one has bothered to get back. Poor service!

Seems like it would be great, but support takes to long to get back to you and is not very clear in their response. After days of back and forth, I figured out the issue before they did.

so far the product is working well, but I've just gotten started so it's a little too premature to ask me for a review.

Has been working for me to update over 22,000 sku. Saves a ton of time and I have needed a few custom settings and the support has been great! Aug 11, 2018 - I am now updating over 40,000 skus nightly and it is "AWESOME" Jor and the team has been great to work with. I really like the fact that when I ask for a feature that does not exist they work to make it happen instead of the normal caned response of "its on the road map but I have no idea when it will be available". Great app that keeps on getting better. I liked it at first and knew I was gonna use it forever for syncing inventory feeds between myself and my supplier, but recent upgrades have made me even more loyal. Loving the new 'Published' field so I can automatically unpublish a product when I need to (out of stock/stock on order)

Best decision I made for my Shopify store. Saves a lot of time. Very prompt customer service, too. This is my second review. This app deserves more than 5 stars. Best app I have ever used in the app store. Ask anything and you get a reasonable response. If you sell on multiple marketplaces, they help you syncing your store with that, too. You don't need to go to anything else. And the customer service take their job very seriously. Great app!
