Sync from google doc does not work. It has been 3 weeks since I wrote an email with the screen shots. No one has bothered to get back. Poor service!

so far the product is working well, but I've just gotten started so it's a little too premature to ask me for a review.

Has been working for me to update over 22,000 sku. Saves a ton of time and I have needed a few custom settings and the support has been great! Aug 11, 2018 - I am now updating over 40,000 skus nightly and it is "AWESOME" Jor and the team has been great to work with. I really like the fact that when I ask for a feature that does not exist they work to make it happen instead of the normal caned response of "its on the road map but I have no idea when it will be available". Great app that keeps on getting better. I liked it at first and knew I was gonna use it forever for syncing inventory feeds between myself and my supplier, but recent upgrades have made me even more loyal. Loving the new 'Published' field so I can automatically unpublish a product when I need to (out of stock/stock on order)

Amazing app, support team responds very quickly and always addresses issues and even implements new features on request! The app synchronizes inventory as promised, and does it very well. I have two subscriptions of this app, so I would like to see a discount for users with multiple stores, but otherwise it's great!

Stock Sync solved a huge problem for us and was the only affordable solution for keeping a massive inventory like ours up to date!

Was a life saver when it comes to keep track of stock. Highly recommended to all stores with a busy warehouse or any store that drop ships.

Pretty versatile app for the price. Does what we need it to with a nice feature set that allows for 3PL SKU variations and business rules. It's a bit counter-intuitive to set up and instructions were not very clear. Support takes about a day to get back to you, but are responsive and helpful. I'm happy with Stock Sync and will likely apply it across other web properties.

Have used this app for several years now. It is a great app but some of the feeds randomly stop working. When you contact support they only superficially review the problem, so it takes 3 - 5 contacts and lots of typing to get them to understand what is happening. Because of time zone each contact takes a day to resolve so the entire process uses lots of time. This happens over and over. The power of the app is fantastic but I may be forced to find something with better support.
