Great support! We sync all of our inventory with Google Sheets. It's a super easy way to keep inventory updated.

We had an issue with our inventory not importing correctly and Stock Sync were able to find the root of the issue within an hour of reporting it. Great customer service and product.

Pretty decent app for the money. My biggest complaint is the server delay. I have sync set to daily at 8:50 am. I have been in "1 hour server delay" for the past 2 hours - which is why I am giving it a 3 out of 5.

not easy to figure out if your file is working or not and there's pretty much always a server delay - meaning you submit your file but it's usually 2 hours later when its updated so if you're in a rush it won't happen - today I've waited more than 4 hours and am still waiting...

The help in integrating my feeds was speedy and brilliant - recommended very highly as a way of saving time and disappointed customers ordering out of stock products!

What an amazing app! I get my inventory feeds several different ways and stock sync handles all of them. What a relief. Also, support is great!

I'm using this app for a few days and set up went great, testing also working great with my customer ERP and FTP, but suddenly the app stops working, since this morning, and nobody is returning my messages, no one is answering... what's happening ??? Is there a status page or a website where we can check the app status??

I've been using this app for many years and can recommend it. For a long time it was just a "set and forget" app for me. It worked the way it was supposed to. However I eventually encountered some disruptions to the feed updates, which were really disappointing and caused headaches for my team. I had to complain a lot to bypass the basic support replies and eventually reach more knowleable people who could actually look into my problem and offer a solution. For now I'm keeping this app in my stack but will monitor it closely from now. As long as it does what it's supposed to, it's definitely a keeper.

I started using Stock Sync in 2013 when we relaunched our store www.libelula-vesela.ro on Shopify platform. Since then we had no major issues and, if any, they were solved instantly. You can have almost any kind of information sources and Stock Sync will deal with it. The type of information you can update and the various rules created in order to deal with is more than enough for me to perform manual and/or automatic updates. As we are growing pretty fast we can only appreciate the gradual and fair pricing policy of Stock Sync. So, i strongly recommend Stock Sync for any shop who wants to keep in line with its suppliers stock information.
