We’ve been with Subi for about a year now, since B*ld changed their platform and it no longer suited our small subscription business, and it’s been really great. The team are always so helpful and quick to respond to any issues that crop up and are incredibly generous with their time and efforts, and the platform itself is really easy to use. Just recently, after helping with a tech issue, Nilou suggested a customisation change we could make for the front end and it was implemented within minutes after we finalised it which is really incredible.

We have recently installed this app and had an issue with a new customer profile. The customer support I received from Miles was 10/10 and issue was resolved quickly. Highlty recommend this app to anyone looking for a subscriber product. It was quick to install and easy to use and customer support is great.

Subi Subscriptions does exactly what it promises: simple, effective subscription functionality that's easy to integrate. The team behind the app is incredibly responsive and open to feature suggestions, often implementing them quickly. A special shoutout to Mason from customer support, who has been fantastic to work with. Highly recommended!

Recently installed Subi to test Subscription. Straight away I get contacted by the tech/support team and they fixed my widgets plus customized it to my desire! Always very fast to reply.

I tested several applications but none met my expectations and the devs were not able to come either but with this one I came across Nilou and she did an excellent job. More than 10 hours spent on my site non-stop. Thanks for everything!

Impossible to stop charge on your account even after installation.

I've tried almost every other subscription app and Subi was the only one I found easy to use, not overpriced, and with an amazing customer support. Sam helped me throughout the entire process of setting it up in the most efficient way. Recommend!
