Disappointed with Subi support - we have been held up with a minor tech issue which has taken over three days so far to sort out. There is no direct link to talk to someone who fully knows the technical limitations with the app and this results in long messaging times with person on Subi chat. This has cost time and money and we are in limbo. There are a few issues and restrictions with Shipping set up we have with prepaid plans. We would suggest fully researching the settings in test mode before committing to this, as there are a few flaws with it. And to look at other apps before you set up all of your products using this app and commit to it.

The best subscription app I've used so far! It's easy to set up, intuitive, and has all the features needed to manage subscriptions effortlessly. Plus, the support is amazing—Nareh was super helpful and quickly answered all my questions. I highly recommend it!

I can’t necessarily rate the app just yet because I haven’t used it. But I felt extremely pressured and uncomfortable by Emma to leave a 5 star review. I originally submitted a three start review and mentioned I would update my review once I used the app and was told that the review was inaccurate and to delete it. I stated that I didn’t feel it was ethical to leave a 5 star review seeing as though I hadn’t used the app yet. She continued hounding about the review, delaying what I originally reached out for. I had to continuously ask for her to proceed with the reason I reached out with to begin with and she would not. Makes me question the rest of the reviews for this app and their integrity.
