Grace was so helpful and supportive, not to mention very patient as I worked to get things up and running lol. This app is easy and intuitive to use and I appreciate the free plan while I test my new memberships.

Hi, I'm brand new to Subi (my first experience with a membership plan). I compared several apps before deciding on this one. I'm not a technically confident user and really appreciate the assistance I received today. Sam was really patient and kind. Fantastic customer support. Ive just got back from holiday with 1million ideas on how to improve my subscription rates and accidentally changed the code on my shopify website, to the point I broke it and the app wasnt working, its Sunday morning and I didnt really expect a reply. Mason helped me fix my store and got back in a matter of minutes. A* customer service and a very happy customer. I will carry on expanding with this company.

Rick and Harry have been very responsive to all support needs! If you're shopping around for a good subscription/membership app this one is the way to go! After trying three others this ended up being the best one feature-wise. You can tell when there is a team behind an app that continues working to make it better and listen to your input. I expect Subi to be around a long time and continue becoming better! They have my vote of confidence and deserve a chance to earn yours as well!
