I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the customer service! Miles is awesome and went out of his way to help find a solution to my request and did so. He also went above and beyond to help customize and make my website subscription offering even better! I can't thank him enough and subi for it's fantastic customer service and support!

If you know what you're doing easy set up - but if you run into issues, the team behind the scene is fantastic at helping coach you through and resolve them. Especially Miles, who has helped me a couple times, and confirmed things I wasn't 100% sure of.

Stella was a great support helping me with some tasks. The team was very quick responding and very friendly. They were very efficient too and were able to fix certain issues right away. I can only speak highly of the customer support. Very good! Thank you.

I am just setting up but so far the customer service from Grace has been excellent. Also, I usually hate Bots but your bot is exceptionally knowledgeable about your interface and actually was able to help me. I've never had that happen before lol. Grace is very cheerful and I am so excited to launch my subscription. Thank you!

Great customer service! I was really happy with how quickly they responded and how well they managed to answer my question. Stella was very helpful in pointing out the issue on the spot and advised me on the best way to solve it.

This is the second store I have installed Subi on. I have some slightly complicated requirements for how variants and subscriptions need to be displayed. Both Mason and Miles in support were great and managed my needs with great efficiency. I have another store in development and will definitely be installing this app.

I’ve been using Subi Subscriptions & Memberships for several weeks, and it has completely transformed how I handle recurring orders on my store. Setting up subscription options was always something I wanted to offer, but I didn’t have the right tool. This app made it incredibly simple to create flexible subscription plans that fit perfectly with my products.
