Absolutely fantastic app. The team are extremely quick to respond and deal efficiently, politely and helpfully with any queries I had. Making customizations to the widgets on request. Could not recommend more highly! Stella and Mason both get top marks for customer service :)

The app is incredibly user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with my store — setup was quick and hassle-free. What really stands out is the support from Miles. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find both a great product and outstanding service in one place, but this app delivers on both. Highly recommend!

Mason from Subi was fantastic — he quickly customised our subscription model to suit our needs, going above and beyond to get everything set up so we’re launch-ready in no time. We’d tried other subscription apps, but nothing worked quite like Subi. It has all the features we need, is easy to use, and comes with the best customer service whenever you need help. Big thanks to Mason for helping us out and collaborating!

I am changing review slightly because of a lot of issues they have been having. Still a dedicated team & their loyalty is in beta but still. You can't turn off their company branded emails for members getting points. They still don't have any loyalty redemption options that aren't just a gift card (no custom products, gifts). The signup bonus doesnt seem to work cause there is no way to "sign up." They have discount % but no max. Free shipping but no denying international. The points don't backtrack on POS sales so if customers don't enter info BEFORE a sale they don't get points. There is no widgets or features to advertise loyalty. Their subscription seems promising but I am starting to regret building our Loyalty with them. Good ui, nice team - so we will stick it out and hope they update fast but If you are looking for loyalty with subscription I would be cautious and just stick to subscription until they are out of beta. Also still: Really wish they had member credits (for like subscriptions that offer free services once a cycle) but they said they are working on it. Fantastic customer support.

English: It's not just a subscription app – it's people who are truly willing to help. I had already been using this app for a subscription, but we wanted to add a new product (with features that weren't originally included). The team went above and beyond, collaborating to the fullest extent, and we were able to achieve what we needed in just a few days. Huge thanks to Harry, Nilou, and a very special one to Rick. Everyone was there for us, and Rick especially during the most critical moments to make this solution happen. I used to like this app – now I love it. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars. Español: No es sólo una app de suscripciones, son personas dispuestas a ayudar. Yo ya venía trabajando con esta app para una suscripción pero queríamos agregar un nuevo producto (con funcionalidades que no contaban). El equipo puso nivel de colaboración al máximo, al punto de poder lograr lo que necesitábamos y en sólo unos días. Agradecimientos a Harry, Nilou y (uno muy especial) para Rick. Todos estuvieron ahí para nosotros y Rick en los momentos más resaltantes para poder lograr esta solución. Antes me gustaba esta App, ahora me encanta. Si pudiera les daría 10 estrellas.

Not the easiest to set up (can be quite confusing due to the way information is laid out. Pricing is reasonable; although quite restrictive. Cannot make use of custom domain option unless you're willing to pay a fortune for it. Do not agree with having emails set to customers via their own email addresses since that would pose a risk to customer personal data. Not the easiest to use but does have a number of good features.
