This is the 3rd store I have installed the app on. I have a bit of a unique way in which my variants are set up for subscriptions and Rick sorted out what needed to be done in record time. 100% recommend this app.

Service client catastrophique, SAV inexistant, + de 3 mois sans réponses, 8 semaines entre chaque réponse précédente, font comme s’ils ne comprenaient pas et s’ils n’avaient pas reçu mes messages (je précise que je développe 15 à 40 sites par mois qui nécessitent des abonnements et cela fait des mois que j’attends des retours)

Es gab einige Problem was die Sprachen-Einstellungen betraf. Das hat der Support dann aber gelöst und auch die Anpassungen am Theme durch Miles waren schnell erledigt.
Nareh was extremely patient and helpful when resolving our problem. Subi are always super quick to resolve any issues. Sam was also exceptionally helpful.

Subi is a great tool within Shopify to support recurring payments, offering various payment plans - to your business needs. Our business MOTO LNKS a (motorcycle rental company), uses "Payment Links" heavily to initiate subscriptions with our customers once they have undergone their booking and KYC. There was an issue identified within this feature, whereby Pearl from customer support was quick to respond and resolve. Therefore, if you are on Shopify and want to take subscription style payments. I would 100% recommend Subi. Only downside, which I only found out later, apart from paying monthly to use Subi, Subi also takes an additional clip of each initiated transaction. Now, that added with Shopifys cost and Shopify Payments transaction cost plus, the Subi monthly cost - can add to big dent to your bottom line...
