The team is very responsive with any issue you could have, and I'm very happy with the new membership module as I was waiting for it. I am having some slight issues dealing with multilingual sites, but nothing major. I would recommend it!

NILOU was AMAZING. I am a designer that does not have coding experience but am building a complex marketplace that has required me to learn a lot. I was stuck for a couple of days and finally reached out to the developers for help. I got to chat (with a person), right away. Nilou spent a long time helping me solve the problem I was having with total patience and provided excellent care. I am REALLY happy I found this app, especially for also learning they are a Canadian based startup! I am trying to source Canadian providers as much as possible so paired with the excellent service, I won't be looking for another source to manage my vendors' memberships! I have had nothing but great experiences with Subi. It was easy to integrate with my Shopify site and customer support is fantastic, especially Stella. Quick and reliable support to solve any small issues with set up.

I literally just had the BEST experience with Sam helping me. I just took over a site and received a request from the owners to implement monthly payments as an option. This is a very unique case as we need to incorporate contract signing first etc. Then we need to take a deposit, then allow monthly payments for the rest. Well Sam took the time to collaborate and spent hours with me working through this tough case when I am not a developer. Needless to say she is my new hero. I have been so stressed for days on this and she approached this in such a calm, cool manner and always reminded me she was there for and we will make this work. I am a super fan of Sam and Subi now!

We’ve tested a few subscription apps for our store, and Subi is by far the most intuitive and flexible we’ve used. The backend is clean, the customer experience is seamless, and most importantly it just works without the bloat or bugs we’ve experienced elsewhere. A huge shoutout to Miles, who went above and beyond to help us get everything set up just right. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our success. Having support that’s this hands-on and thoughtful makes a massive difference. If you’re looking for a lightweight, powerful subscription solution with real human support. Subi is it.

Dela was amazing as I was having issues getting my logo to show up on my Subi emails. Dela was very attentive, listened and understood my frustration. Within 10 minutes Dela had sorted the issue out and now my logo appears on the Subi emails which is great!

Shoutout to Miles for being an absolute gem. Had an issue with the subscription widget and he sorted it out so fast I barely had time to stress. Super helpful, super nice. He even threw in a little freebie.. changed the widget color & removed the "Powered by Subi" bellow 10/10 support.

My experience with Subi has been great. I use the app on multiple stores and its very easy to use and has all of the features that I would ever need. It is much better than many other apps I've tried. simple, easy and effective with good options and features. Their customer service is also responsive and they always help me get set up or help me through tricky stuff I encounter in my businesses. 100% recommend.
