The product is very nice and more easy to use than other (recharge). Support (Sam) was very helpful (answer in damn seconds!!!!)

Very quick in person response from Mason to a subscription pricing issue - even on a Sunday. The instructions on the automatic chat were clear but just didn't work so I needed to speak to a human and Mason sorted it overnight. The issue was linked to subscriptions set up while a product was on promotion which set the price for subsequent subscriptions. The subscription did not automatically update with the new product price. Definitely something to be aware of as my customers got a second month of an uber bargain.

Very understanding and responsive customer service. I spoke with Rick after being assessed a charge for $79 while my store was being developed. The development team inadvertently selected the paid plan. But because we were not operating and generating revenue I want to save as much as possible and pay only when it was necessary. After explaining my situation Rick was kind and understanding and assessed me a refund. I look forward to using their service in the future once we deploy and are generating revenue!

Just installed the app and the setup is quick and easy. Mason also reached out to me and offer me to slightly customise my widget on the product page which makes the widget nicer in my site.

I had the BEST experience with PEARL, she helped to customize my widget for my Shopify page and it really pops now! It looks so good and I think it will get more people to sign up for the subscription option now!

We’ve been with Subi for about a year now, since B*ld changed their platform and it no longer suited our small subscription business, and it’s been really great. The team are always so helpful and quick to respond to any issues that crop up and are incredibly generous with their time and efforts, and the platform itself is really easy to use. Just recently, after helping with a tech issue, Nilou suggested a customisation change we could make for the front end and it was implemented within minutes after we finalised it which is really incredible.

We have recently installed this app and had an issue with a new customer profile. The customer support I received from Miles was 10/10 and issue was resolved quickly. Highlty recommend this app to anyone looking for a subscriber product. It was quick to install and easy to use and customer support is great.

Subi Subscriptions does exactly what it promises: simple, effective subscription functionality that's easy to integrate. The team behind the app is incredibly responsive and open to feature suggestions, often implementing them quickly. Recently installed Subi to test Subscription. Straight away I get contacted by the tech/support team and they fixed my widgets plus customized it to my desire! Always very fast to reply.
