Customer service is fast asf, I'm new to the app so I'm having issues such as to the one I encountered where an order still goes through even if im using a bogus gateway and get charged. I contact the customer service and got reply in just a minute , and sure my problem got resolved and will get assured to be refunded back <3

My review is regarding customer service. I had quite a complicated issue - it wasn't any fault of Subliminator - that had me going backwards and forwards between Shopify and Subliminator customer services. I began to lose hope of ever getting it fixed until the CEO of Subliminator got involved. He listened to what I had to say and resolved it in 15 minutes, to everyone's satisfaction. To say I was relieved and impressed is an understatement. Fantastic service.

The quality of their products that I have ordered and sold is fantastic. The catalog is growing and I love their attention to detail compared to other POD services. It's the small things like changing the color of thread to match the background of the products that show me they care. Sure mistakes can (and will) happen, but I never had an issue getting ahold of their team unlike some of the reviews I see here. They are incredibly active and engaged on their Facebook page, and generally easy to talk to. I would recommend their service, but also remind you to research if they are the right fit for your business before going all in.

Product quality is good overall. I had one item come in super wrinkled with black dirt or ink or something. It came out after hand scrubbing and washing it twice. Material on all products was of excellent quality. Shipping time, lack of tracking updates, and Shopify system integration/updates were unacceptable for me.

If the mistake is on our end, and you provide clear pictures of this, we will always issue a refund or reshipment. Regarding the shipping time/tracking I'm not sure what you're referring to. Would love to learn more about this if you could inform our support team on [email protected] about this so we can find out what happened there. As normally tracking numbers always show progress and end delivery.

5 stars for the quality of the actual product and ease of use of the app. However, trying to get in touch with the Subliminator team for any question or issues either aren't answered altogether or takes a chunk of time to do so. I still will use their service because of the quality of the product, but I hope they improve with their customer support team.
Thank you for your review. I do agree that our previous support software was not the best option. It would request the same info from you on numerous occasions. We've made the switch to a new one, which has been a much better experience for our merchants. We started using it this last Monday. And it should recognise you as a merchant after your first interaction, as well as being able to see previous conversations you'll have with us. Give it a try, and let us know if that is what you meant that could be improved.

Love their attention to detail & their will to optimize for the seller and end customer experience !! One big plus is that the owner of Subliminator is very engaged with his community of sellers, that level of connection is worthwhile :)

Love using this app. I have two stores and use products from this app in both. The quality is always great and my customers are always happy. Customer service has responded to every inquiry from me within a 24 hr period. I love the products.

The app is actually good. The design tool is great, I love the customization, the mock ups,.... BUT... It's Customer Service, and VERY log wait times. 3-5 weeks is typically expected. Their website says 6-9 Business days Production, and another 5-7 days shipping. That should be less than 3 weeks but the MINIMUM is 3-4 weeks. I had an order that was taking forever, and the customer requested a Refund, Support offered to change the address to mine, so I could issue a refund to the customer. I Gave a refund to the customer, AND THEY STILL SHIPPED IT TO THE CUSTOMER!! I lose significantly $100-200/month from extended wait times, sometimes Stained clothing, Exchanges, ETC. And Support does not offer ANY Refunds EVER. I have stopped using them because of this, and they are very condescending when they "try" to help you...................................................................... UPDATED MARCH 7th: I have a Customer order 3 different items from 3 different suppliers on February 5th. One of those items was a Hoodie from Subliminator.com. I paid for $10+ for express shipping for Subliminator.com,... The other two items have arrived, but the 3rd item(from Sub) still has not arrived. Their reasoning they will respond with is because if Chinese New Year, but the other two items were shipped from China also. Not sure if that makes sense. Maybe next time offer a refund to unsatisfied partners, or partial credit, or use a different excuse.... or just do better. Because there are other options out there, I have Items ordered 32 DAYS AGO....., That still has not arrived. But, they had Chinese New Year,.. That's what they tell you.... So put your Expectations of arrival 5+ weeks and HOPEFULLY you will still get sales.

But for some reason, when we presented you with the facts, you just left the group. And instead came here to leave us this bad review, that you have been adjusting for about 7 times now according to the Shopify notifications we received. :) However, as we mentioned before, and how all our merchants were aware: We have mentioned our Chinese New Year closing date well in time. We did this through email as well as in our Facebook group. You missed this, which isn't very fortunate for you or your customers. If you have orders that show issues with the tracking number, reach out to our support team. It can happen sometimes that a shipping partner changes the tracking number. I hope this helps.

The Best AOP App on Shopify!! Awesome Customer Service from the owner himself. Activie FB Page with loads of advice and help. Easy to use APP with unlimited design options! Products are very good quality and they add a personal touch to stitching colors!! Who else does that? Shipping time as expected in Covid time and offer Express Shipping! Really happy to have found this App and Company and would recommend them 110%

Limited experience so far, but what I have encountered is a very professional team happy to help and an easy to use app. They are my #1 POD company of choice for those reasons.

This POD company do not cut corners with giving users control over product creation. The app is slick and makes complex product templates easy to manage and upload thanks to the different sections available. The Mockups generated are amazing and you get so many of them! Including mixed race which unfortunately you don't see with many others. The owner is also very active on social media and provides a group where he does live chats on occasion to help with anything related to his app and takes improvement and product suggestions on board as well. Only down side is that everything is produced in China but most big brands do the same anyway but just not on a print on demand basis. Subliminator integrate in the same way big brands do with china though, they fully manage the quality control and have their Chinese manufacturing team so well trained to their spec that the products look and feel amazing with seriously high quality prints and long lasting stitch methods. One big perk to Subliminator is that the quality is so good you can offer their products at a higher price than normal as long as you market it correctly, thus being able to incorporate their Express shipping as an upgrade or base your pricing to include it in your costs. You are then able to offer customers a fast shipping time which ends up arriving in the same amount of time as if it was shipped from the US! Subliminator is a powerhouse POD company. If you have the design and marketing skill to make it work for you then you will understand why they deserve 5 stars. ;-)

One of the best POD out there for the price, quality, and speed of the delivery. High-quality and unique products. Very fast turnaround times. I have sold microfleece cloaks and hooded blankets to customers in the USA and the quality is outstanding. And this is very unique - the owner of this app is very professional. If you have some questions, he will respond asap. There is a Facebook group where you can discuss your requirements and needs about the app and products. Very, very recommended! Give it a try and you will not be disappointed

After doing some pod research I chose subliminator as my provider for a couple of reasons apart from better prices than their competitors. 1. They have a facebook group where not just the customer support but also the creator of the company answer questions. They're transparent about everything (prices, shipping during covid, upcoming products etc). Its always good to get a straight answer instead of a generic support answer like a lot of companies do. 2. Customer support is fast. Maybe its just me but I get an answer in less than a day (most of the time its just a matter of hours). 3. Great products + printing. Up to this point all I can say is that I'm very satisfied with them.

Had more than 70 orders with them so far, 5 orders lost, 2 orders shipped back to China 5 weeks after the orders are placed, and still waiting to be reshipped. Most of the orders cannot be shipped within 4 weeks, unless you pay for an express shipping. They refuse to reproduce or refund any order unless it is proven to be lost after 60 days!!!! They always say delays during shipments are beyond their control. However, whenever they choose to work with Ding Hong as their shipping partner, there's always a problem. I do believe it is their fault by working with unreliable shipping companies and their refund policies are ridiculous. I stopped all facebook ads to promote their products. I believe they don't care to loose a small business seller like me, but I cannot afford to loose even one more customer. ***UPDATE*** One typo on above comment, I said most of orders are not "shipped" within 4 weeks, I meant not delivered after 4 weeks it is shipped. And that happens to the majority of the orders unless I pay for the express shipping. And the developer argues that they don't work with "cheap" shipment partner, but as a matter of fact, there are too many delays, lost packages, and sending back to China for a reshipment. By "too many" I mean about 15% of total orders. Two orders placed respectively 5 weeks and 4 weeks ago are still on their way back to China for a reshipment. I request for free reproduction and I would love to pay for an Express shipping for these orders, they said they cannot do that, I have to pay for the products again, because those packages are not lost yet. No customer in the world can wait that long. I am loosing more and more customers because of the shipping company that Subliminator works with. From my experience, every time I find my order was shipped with Ding Hong, there' highly possibly a problem!

If a product has a defect that was sent out by us, and you provide clear photos of this, we will ALWAYS give you a free reshipment or a refund. That's our policy. But in this case it seems that you haven't taken the time to reach out to us, but instead taking the time just to write us a bad review based on a single order? Surely no company is perfect, as long as you will allow us to make it right for your customer. Please reach out to us on [email protected] and we'll get this sorted for you. **Update on your last review update: Unfortunately we're still in a pandemic. And yes, packages can unfortunately get lost at the local post office because they are understaffed and overwhelmed by the increase in online orders. But let me assure you that we never choose "cheap" shipping partners as you're suggesting. So your assumption there is off I'm afraid. But as in any business and with anything, mistakes can happen. But if the mistake is on our end, we always make up for it, even if it is something that is beyond our control of the local post loosing a package. Even then we end up refunding or reshipping your order. Your remark about orders not being shipped within 4 weeks makes absolutely no sense. Our production time average before an order is shipped out is currently at around 7 calendar days. We've never had an order in production for 4 weeks ever, unless we were unable to ship it out because of an incomplete shipping address. All in all I'm not sure why your review keeps getting updated with information that is not realistic or factual. I do hope that the majority of your 70 orders did end up getting delivered with your customers within our estimated time frames. And every business owner, small or big, we never want to see anybody leave. Your success is our success, as we can only do this with people like you.

I like the App and the product pricing makes Subliminator a good option to go with, however, their App is very limited when it comes to editing designs. You have to create a design from scratch if you need to make any changes to it. Also their app doesn't work well with many of the themes out there. So we've had to process orders manually with them. Their customer service is also VERY slow to respond which makes it even harder to work with them.
Hi there, We would love to learn more about the issue you're facing. As far as we are aware, our app works with every Shopify store theme, and we haven't had any complaint about this in past years. Our app follows the standard set up by Shopify, and if our app wasn't working well with store themes then Shopify wouldn't let us provide our services in their app store in the first place. I like the app ,only thing that sucks is the fact that you can download it for "Free" but you need to pay them to use it anyway. You will be able to create a design but you cant save it and when you try to upload to your store it just wants you to upgrade to a paid package. It makes sense we all got to eat but why not limit a user to an amount of uploads then let them pay for a product that they cant live without. Support actually ignored me when i gave this suggestion ,I see no point paying for something I don't know works 100% from supplier to client. So I will uninstall this an look for a better option.
Hi Shoplanza, I double checked on this with our support team, that you reached out to first. I think you might have misunderstood how Subliminator works, as it is completely FREE to create and publish product, and you only pay us when you have an order. There is an upgrade possible, which is a paid service that comes with a free trial, but this is to create personalized products for your customers. Meaning you can add an image/text placeholder in the product which will be dynamic. So your customers can then enter their name or upload their photo on your product page. So support hasn't ignored you in any way, but I think you misunderstood how our app actually works. Give it a try, create a product (without using the text/image placeholder option) and you'll see that you can just create unlimited products for free. Also please reconsider this 2-star review, as it in no way reflects our services, and the whole thing is just a misunderstanding.
