Wilson was so helpful while we added the Referrals Program to our site and connected it to Klaviyo so that the unique Recharge links for each customer appeared in the individual Klaviyo emails. He always replied promptly, listened to my exact questions and offered me solutions, even sending screen shots and movies.

I spoke with Duska from the Technical Support team today, and it was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had been trying to get this issue resolved for several weeks without success, but she was the only one who managed to identify, follow up and fix the problem. Thank you so much!

The recharge chat support is the best and quickest support I could get. Darius Johnson from the recharge team helped me by providing suggestions for my company which was very useful for me. He also suggested I should use the change log and I subscribed for it to be on top of all changes that could be helpful for us. Thank you recharge team! Appreciate it!
