I often hesitate to contact any helpdesk support as I fear I won't receive a quick response, and keep trying to troubleshoot myself to find a solution, but Hector and his team were super quick to respond and fix a number of issues I had with the subscription service, which is reassuring when the app is there to dealing with my customers and their payments. Thanks team!

I would like to review my support worker - Matt A. He did an awesome job getting back to me immediately so I could fix my problem right away and not have a back and forth for days. He also went above and beyond and took the time to make some videos and gifs so I could see what he was talking about and understand it visually. It really helped me understand how to fix my error and learn in the process. Matt is awesome!

The app itself is not always user friendly when you want to make even simple changes to notifications or how the app interfaces with your theme. It helps to have a developer to reach out to. If you've already got one you'll be fine because the actual functionality and options available for your specific needs are plenty and generally easy to understand. The support team has been really helpful in getting any of my concerns solved or questions answered. We haven't gone live yet but we will be this week as the last few adjustments are now done thanks to Milenas help. Update: With a lot of new features like bundles you have much more flexibility than before but it can also make explaining your setup to the team a bit more confusing. Be as clear as you can and send examples. The support is fantastic. It's what makes recharge stand apart from the crowd. They also keep adding more and more features so your options are continually opening up. It's great to have them helping out behind the scenes.

The Recharge team did an outstanding job helping me migrate from my old subscription platform to this one. Customers are better able to manage their own subscriptions which means fewer emails for me! The ability for customers to add one-time items has also helped increase sales!

We used this app to charge customers for recurring coffee subscriptions. I had an issue manually adding a customer to link to our store for a recurring purchase, and Nena replied very quickly and was very helpful and professional. Her technical support advice weas easy to follow, and now my customer is linked to the portal. Thank you Nena!

Love that Recharge has a per transaction model rather than a fixed monthly fee. As a new business owner that is still doing business development, it's helpful to keep cost low. Recharge customer service was quick in resolving my billing questions and transferring me to their new Advantage plan.

We've used this app for two weeks now and it's been able to accommodate the transfer from two different platforms one of which was a similar platform and the other completely different. Customer service will help walk you through everything and quickly! I was surprised at how fast any problems we ran into were resolved either with instruction on how to fix it or with their team fixing it for us when things became a little more technical. The only downside is the fact that the app isn't compatible with any volume discount apps, but they do offer some alternatives.

We've been using Recharge Subscriptions for almost two years now and super happy with the service so far. They constantly make improvements to their user interface and keep adding new and useful features which is why I feel comfortable using and sticking with Recharge over any other subscription payments app. Shout out to Gordon and Selwyn for going out of their way to make sure we are getting the best out of Recharge's offerings and for linking us up with one of their partner agencies.
