Complete thiefs when you try to cancel your account. They don't respond via emails in a timely manner. Support is non existent. Lost out of months of orders due to their lack of assistance. Choose anyone but them. There are better subscription sites out there

We have a great experience with Recharge so far: responsive CSM and support, seamless migration from another plugin, very detailed tech instructions, and, as far as we see now, we can also use it for cross-selling. Definitely recommend!

A fantastic app that we use daily! It's optimized our bundling experience for our team and clients. Customer service is always helpful and quick to help us with any question or concern we have from small bugs with shopify or if we want to add more options!
