Recharge has caused me some issues over the years, but their support team really kicks butt. They've gone above and beyond to help make sure my issues have been corrected. I've been using their system for 4ish years now and I highly recommend them

There's absolutely no support. NOTHING! The "Get Help" link in their app is inactive. There's no online chat and there's no ticket system. How does Shopify let them have apps? P.S On October 16, 2023, they replied to my review and I never heard from them. I finally managed to get to a new app and uninstall this app. Supper expensive with no support.

We're beyond thrilled with all the support we've received from Recharge. Our move was a complicated one, as we have a unique subscription model that we were hoping Recharge could help us uncomplicate. We've already seen an increase in conversion over our old website and couldn't have done it without the amazing team at Recharge. A big thank you to Vinse, who supported us every step of the way. We recently acquired a new line of business and needed to migrate their legacy subscriptions into our own Recharge account leveraging Shopify. Updated Review: Buyer beware!!! I was very happy with recharge until they significantly increased the monthly cost of the app without any notification whatsoever. We went from paying around $8/month to paying $118/month, and if I did not keep a close watch on the company's finances then this would have gone unnoticed, greatly affecting our bottom line. I understand that costs increase, but to not send out any sort of notification and to try to sneak it by is extremely upsetting. Do not download this app unless you are willing to risk a 100% cost increase without any notice. Old review: I love recharge! It works great with my store and the customer service is awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone considering!
