Recharge Subscriptions App

I have been a customer of Recharge since 2018 and since the recent changes we have lost over 30 subscription members and no new memberships can be created due to an issue with the new updates they recently did. they advised me to change my theme which i did and still nothing. this has been such a headache and waiting days for someone to respond. customer service is 0.

I've been using Recharge Subscriptions for over a year now, and I've been very happy with the service. It's easy to use, and it's helped me to increase my recurring revenue. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

GREAT migration process - this was something we were really hesitant about but it was very easy and any little bug (which we only had two small issues) were fixed almost immediately and our customers had no interrupted service.

Their customer service was super quick to reply and so helpful. They even helped me implement code.

Love Recharge. I migrated from a different subscription tool, and Recharge is significantly better. On top of that, their team is constantly working on new innovation and features to help you better retain your customers and reduce churn with a couple clicks of the button. Switched over from Pay Whirl and never looked back. The process of moving our subscribers over to Recharge was quick and easy. Recharge offers way more features (like pausing) and makes it easier for our team to adjust subscriptions on the backend. The new analytics on the homepage is also great!
