I love this app and company! We have been with them for years. We recently decided to upgrade to a unified Shopify checkout, and the process was AMAZING! Seriously, Joey (if you see this!) I am over-the-moon grateful for all of your help and support along the way. You've been so responsive and thoroughly helpful! I've done a lot of integrations, etc. and I've never felt more confident and safe making a major update. Thank you Recharge (and Joey from support) for everything!

Amazing customer service, very efficient. My issue was resolved within an hour. User friendly website, lots of staff can use with next to no training as it is very accessible.

Only app I could find that allows temporary subscriptions. Works very well with lots of customisations. Support is also very good, they fixed it when it wasn't working on our site. Only criticism is temporary subscriptions look permanent on the front-end.

This app is very easy to use and install. I like the ease it which it integrates with the Shopify app and I can turn on subscriptions in a snap. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is the notifications piece so that I know when someone pushes back a subscription or not, but I'm sure all I have to do is contact the helpful customer service team. The customer service is AWESOME - super fast and responsive. I highly recommend Recharge even if just for the customer service team that provides support.

Worst customer support and it's like their job is to make people want to stop using ReCharge. Jon B said he would help and that he cared about my issue but he did nothing to resolve it. It's been 3 days. I'm paying thousands of dollars a year to ReCharge and no one from their team is helping. Customers update their credit cards but ReCharge doesn't update it on their end to use the new credit card. Disappointed. I hope you tell Jon B to improve his customer service

The support is really amazing and quick. I was having issues on my subscription products. They debugged and resolved my issue within 2 days. Definitely recommended for merchants.

Recharge App is an absolute solution if you need to adopt a recurring service for your customers. I'm pretty sure that Recharge App enables to offer stable and consistent service for both vendors and customers each. Don't hesitate to buy Recharge app. Of course, Recharge App needs to be improved more, but currently it helps enough for recurring service.
