Over time this app has gotten better with the new upgrades and features added. I have recently reached out to the support team for help several times, and they have always been super prompt and helpful. Especially Eduardo M.! Who provided a helpful solution and went above and beyond to implement.

We have been using this app for several years now and every once in awhile we run into a glitch which needs to be resolved by Recharge. Juan's support today was exceptional! He went above and beyond in both explaining and resolving our issues. I have been communicating with Recharge customer service for years now, but Juan is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. He was patient, kind and thorough and checked back with me to make sure that everything was correctly implemented. This is customer service at its best!
