Great platform. We migrated from a different platform and this one is much better. It has all the features we are wanting and they are always making improvements with each update.
We've used this app for two weeks now and it's been able to accommodate the transfer from two different platforms one of which was a similar platform and the other completely different. Customer service will help walk you through everything and quickly! I was surprised at how fast any problems we ran into were resolved either with instruction on how to fix it or with their team fixing it for us when things became a little more technical. The only downside is the fact that the app isn't compatible with any volume discount apps, but they do offer some alternatives.
The issue was resolved promptly, and we were able to get back to the customer to straighten their account. Thank you very much, Juan!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently migrated over to a new website and needed to migrate my Recharge customers over to the new website, and after nearly 2 weeks I am STILL WAITING for my customers to be migrated over by Recharge and now at risk of loosing business as a result. AVOID THIS APP
I reached out to support for help and received help immediately. The support team addressed my issue right away. I'm extremely satisfied with the app, how it helped my business as well as the support when I've needed it.
ReCharge has made it easy for us to offer subscription shipping to our customers. The only features I'd like to see in upcoming releases are: - Full multi-currency support (in the works) - WYSIWYG editor to updating email notification templates - A more intuitive way to offer free shipping for subscribers only
