As a merchant, getting help form employees of the apps I am subscribed to is very important. Breanna W. went above and beyond to give me exceptional customer service. She was timely, efficient and effective in solving my issue with Recharge. Thus, though the app works well, what is more impressive is the service I got today. Hire more people like Brianna!

So far our experience with Recharge has been amazing and much of that is due to our contact Gordon C. We were assigned under him in the first month or so after switching back and he has really helped us get up and running. He continually supports the business and is willing to help at any time. I have been extremely impressed with his knowledge and he has felt like part of our team. I will be really sad to lose him as a resource but he has done wonders for our experience with Recharge so far!

Have been using this app for the past year and a half. We just relaunched our product line and had some issues. Bryan from support was able to solve our issues within a few hours. Excellent software and staff! Would highly recommend!

I signed up for this product when we had just a small handful of subscription customers. Now, 95% of our sales are subscriptions (thousands of subscriptions per year). As it is, my monthly bill from ReCharge is higher than Shopify, Shipstation, Quickbooks, Mailchimp, and all other Shopify apps **COMBINED**. This is, by far, the biggest money pit in our business operations. While the analytics have improved slightly since we first signed up, I am still having to manually assemble data to even understand what the app is doing. Combine that with it crashing this week... Ugh. I understand that ReCharge as a company is primarily focused on large enterprise accounts and that this Shopify app is a fairly new entry for them. However, there are significantly better choices on the Shopify App Store for subscriptions at a FRACTION of the cost. (ReCharge collects a flat fee PLUS a percentage of all dollars that flow through their system, including shipping! It gets expensive fast!) However, the actual people who work there are a delight. The support team is great and responsive and are always interested in keeping things up and running -- kudos to them! They're the real heroes here: they get all the stars in this review.

We have been successfully using this app for almost a year already. Very happy with the results. Along the way there have been some errors regarding the compatibility of other apps we also use on Shopify, however, Recharge has answered extremely fast and has solved the problem very efficiently and with great professionalism.

I use Recharge Subscriptions to automate the charges for monthly and annual subscriptions. It has been an excellent app. The developer provided me with the help I needed to set up my subscriptions. There have been only a couple of minor hiccups, but the customer service representatives addressed them quickly and were very courteous.

I wish I could get fixes to dev issues. I still have to request from CS to get orders manually processed, I used to have permission but it changed somehow and now I don't. I asked to get permission and was not able to because it is under an email my team doesn't have access to. ReCharge could not edit permission for me.

Really appreciate the support I received from Max! I sent an email to support and within 35 minutes Max was on it. Max was very personable and helped me to troubleshoot my issues, and he made sure he resolved all my issues before closing my inquiry. Our Recharge Rep, Paul, has been one of the best Client Success Managers I've ever worked with. He personally cares about our company's success as well as the success of my individual projects, and he is willing to meet on a whim to help unblock me whenever possible. Thanks for all your help Paul, we couldn't move so quickly without you! Overall, the Recharge team has been great and is a huge reason I would recommend the brand to other companies! I took a star off due to some technical constraints but they are minor.

This is the best solution we've found for handling subscriptions on the Shopify service, given that they aren't supported natively. There is a bit of setup required but the support staff are very helpful in getting you up and running.
