Nikola in support was very helpful, and solved my issue quickly. Our customers love using the subscription service! It is an easy selling point to many of our busy customers who need orders filled regularly.

The app is easy to set up and if there are issues the team is very responsive. The interface can be a little convoluted to navigate and we don't have options to set proper discount percentages unless we create a coupon from within the app. The out of the box implementation inserts certain text in areas where it's not needed and there is no edit functionality to modify. Other than that it's been helpful in testing out the viability of a subscription program.

I reached out to customer service for help with an error message my customers were receiving after I changed some settings in the app. Not only did Tigist respond promptly, he fixed my problem, and went above and beyond to alert me to another potential problem that was a separate issue from the one I originally needed help with. Thank you so much!

As a priority Recharge customer, we've been very happy with the Recharge team's response to our inquiries and requests. The agility of the Recharge team to perform bulk updates and assist us in keeping our own customers happy and delighted is immensely appreciated! (And an extra big shoutout to Jairus!)

We switched from Recharge a few months ago to one of the newer subscription platforms. The grass was no greener on the other side and we've ended up switching back after four months of frustration. In the past months Recharge have made a bunch of improvements that have made the whole experience much better than before. Great to be back! And last but not least, working with Vinse Ridenour, our implementation engineer, has made the whole migration back to Recharge a breeze. Legend. Thanks again guys! I've been using ReCharge for a while now and have always had great service. Recently we had a billing issue, and within a couple hours on a saturday it was rectified and I was moving forward. Other than that I've never had any issues!

I used this app to add a subscription box to my puzzle website. It's easy to integrate, easy for customers to use and maintain their information, and ReCharge provides excellent customer service.

I was skeptical about no phone support for the issue I was having but the customer service rep/tech who helped me was quick in responding via email, super clear in her instructions, and knowledgable about how to help me resolve my issue. Very happy we worked it out with no problems.

I really enjoy using recharge, I hope they can do more to improve customisation of customer portals, otherwise a good service!
