Really good subscription app, with really strong developers behind it. Recharge is always releasing new features that are always exciting too. Finally, their account managers and support team are one of the best!

Recharge still has some cleanup to do to make things work smoother, but as they continue to optimize their processes, their team has been vigilant in helping to get my issues sorted. *Update: My Account Manager with Recharge, Paul, has worked closely with me to help reduce the amount of time certain processes have taken me. They've heard my frustrations and Paul has been hard at work to make the experiences smoother for my team.

Alicia and the support team are amazing, I needed to make some substantial changes to my products and I would have spent many hours trying to fix the problem myself. They went above and beyond to help me out, truly grateful. Thank you guys, this is why I've been a loyal Recharge customer now for over half a decade! Best, Luke

Not only is this app extremely helpful and quite intuitive to use, the support staff at ReCharge is amazing and they are always so timely and professional and helpful! They take the time to go into detail and correct things, and educate their clients! Beyond pleased with your customer service. The only thing I could use more of, is detailed reports and the ability to pull specific information in a more specialized manner. (As in selecting what fields I would like to pull).

ReCharge offers amazing support, and Gordon has been great at helping us implement specific goals! Definitely go for ReCharge for any subscription business models. Matt was also an amazing help with some super quick support that we needed!

Poor customer support. They have a massive paywall to be able to access a standard level of customer support.

I love this app. It's really very helpful to manage subscriptions on our Shopify store. It's easy to customize. The support team of Recharge is unbelievably good, super swift, giving very detailed answers to all questions. I vividly recommend Recharge!

We have a lot of questions all the time, since we try to figure out how to do it best. The support is amazing, they respond fast and are very helpful and honest in what is and what is not possible.
