Customer service is amazing, extremely responsive and very knowledgable. The main issues we ran into came down to implementation. We had to do a few customized builds and changes to accommodate our membership program and it is less than desirable but it does work and it is a good replacement fix until we can figure out a better way with the Recharge team. So far we are happy with this option!

Recharge is by far the most robust and advanced subscription app. They are constantly listening to feedback from their customers and rolling out new features. Their support and accounts team are fast-responding, smart and creative with problem solving!

100% recommend this app. The customer service isn't instant, but within a day and always very clear and easy to understand/follow. This has been a huge part of our business.

HORRIBLE SUPPORT!! Non exsistent support, they could care less here. I am not the only one from these reviews. Customers cannot even manage their own subscriptions! I am not very satisfied with this app. We used to use Bold subscriptions and have migrated over to recharge about 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems, so many issues with our customers changing addresses on the backend and then it doesn't change for us when we ship, also I have had a number of subs charged without shipping costs, the list goes on and on for errors. To get any help from Recharge is very difficult, they have no live chat and it just goes to an email ticket, every response I have ever got from them has never helped solve our problems. Our subscription revenue has decreased a lot since using recharge, This has cost a lot of loss here Do not use this app **ONE YEAR LATER AND STILL ISSUES, MORE THAN BEFORE. CUSTOMERS ALWAYS UPDATING ADDRESSES NEVER WORKS, THINGS GET SENT TO THE WRONG PLACE, ITS GLITCH AFTER GLITCH ON THIS APP. THEIR LIVE CHAT OFFERS NO HELP ONLY "CONTEXT FOR SUPPORT" TAKES DAYS TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE. BY THAT TIME ITS FAR TOO LATE. I REGRET EVER MIGRATING OVER TO THIS SERVICE. IT IS INCREDIBLY UNRELIABLE

I enjoy using recharge to easily adjust our company's customers plans. It is very smooth and simple to use. Milos, and the support team are always quick to remedy any issues.

We have been using ReCharge since 2020 and are impressed with the improvements made over that time. Our interaction with the support team is rare since the app runs pretty well, but when we need extra help we always reach out to Nick at e-shop Genius to take care of any custom tweaks. He is always responsive and takes care of anything we need. Cheers!

We use the app since 9 months and run close to $100k per month over it. Technical support is very good. However, very disappointed with the way Recharge handles key account management. We have contacted account exec several times. No / hardly no answer. We complained. No answer. We requested change of account exec. No answer.

We use this app to manage our subscriptions and while it is mostly awesome, the response time from the service team is definitely lacking. It can take days to get a response to simple inquiries or even when trying to upgrade service or support.

Recharge works very well as a subscription service. We've used it for years. There was a slight issue when I switched my payment processor, I contacted Recharge and Alex G resolved the issue immediately with expert skill.

The overall app experience is pretty straightforward and easy to use. I do wish there were more robust analytics functionalities but I believe the team is working on that. In terms of service, Gordon has been great in being proactive on how to get our store up and running. We are anxiously waiting for recharge sms for non Shopify Plus stores!
