This app is great for my subscription business and I have been using it for a number of years, but what I really love about it is the helpfulness of the support team, they respond quickly and help me fix any issues I have and also give me links to tutorials to read so I can make even better use of the app. They are also regularly updating the app to make an even better customer experience for both myself as a business and also my customers.
The support member answered my question and implemented the solution. He even went beyond what I was anticipating. I only needed to communicate one time to get a resolution.
Juan answered my concern in a timely manner and have everything solved immediately with information on what went wrong. Thanks a lot!

I had a question about pausing payments, as we're launching our subscriptions prior to actually fulfilling them. Gabriel on the customer service team was incredibly helpful in giving me work around options.

Generally the app is a reliable solution for subscriptions via Shopify. When I hit trouble, the support team is very helpful. Patrick especially has been communicative, personal and proactive in his service.

Great customer service. Means the world in this day and age. It's a little pricy but we have been getting good traction with repeat customers. We'll definitely continue to expand upon it.

The customer service team is amazing. Matt, specifically, gave me over-the-top great service until I fully understood the issue my customers were experiencing. The app is great. 4 stars only because access to the subscription portal for customers can be wonky if the proper settings aren't enabled from the get-go. Talk to a customer service person first : )
Quite intuitive, very useful. It usually works great - we just experienced a couple of minor issues with out "go to checkout" button, but overall very good experience. CS team is always happy to help.
