Hi! I had a great expereince with ReCharge Support team. Tigist assisted me with ReCharge, as my computer was blocking it for some reason. She was very kind and helpful. 10/10!

I have been using ReCharge for 4 months now and I am completely satisfied by this app. I have been able to create the subscription plans our business needed, I am still working on the best way to handle gift cards on subscriptions but Gordon has been very helpful and is still helping me finding solutions.

The customer service here is awesome! I was having some technical difficulties, and Tigist immediately answered all of my questions with a detailed reply, and even included photos of exactly where I should click to fix the issue. Thanks again for your help, Tigist!

Joey, the rep who assisted me on my inquiry was very helpful. Actually, all of the reps who have assisted me and my team have been quite helpful in solving issues varying from tweaks to CSS to troubleshooting any glitches. The App itself is simple but sometimes quite overwhelming with lots of settings and options that we need to explore to get a certain data. That's why having access to customer service is very useful.

I love using this app. I switched to Recharge after failing to receive a response after more than a week from my old recurring app. I have never looked back since. They resolve issues fast and keep you updated if it's something that will take a bit longer. I recommend Recharge to anyone with a subscription business.

We launched our first subscription-based product using recharge, and their team has helped us successfully navigate the bumps that came with that learning curve and provided attentive solutions with the various things we've run into. SHOUTOUT to D'Tanga for taking care of us :) I manage our support team and the integration offered with our helpdesk (Gorgias), has been a great benefit to our customer support team in offering easy and fast resolutions for our customers, and overall increasing our customer experience.

Robust app with all the required integrations with our Shopify store. Justin and the support team in general were of great help switching over and maintaining our subscription services. Would recommend to anyone looking to switch to or improve subscription services. Thanks!

We've been using this app now for over a year and its enabled us to offer our customers a really unique 'trial' experience that converts well because we don't need to go back to them for payment when they decide to proceed with the sale. The support is fantastic from both a integration perspective but also really helpful with some billing/payment plan confusion we discovered. I would highly recommend this app.

With ReCharge our customers can easily setup and mange their recurring subscription(s) and I get great insights into their actions and behaviors so I know where adjustments need to be made to drive the customer experience to the next level. Not to mention the team over at ReCharge is great to work with, super responsive and friendly folks that care about my business and keep me up to date with all the changes and enhancements being made.

Prepare to annoy and frustrate your most loyal customers, and receive numerous emails to help manage their subscriptions. App is so buggy at the moment that I can't even manage my own subscriptions with them. If I, the owner, can't do it, you better bet your customers can't. Been using them for over a year!

Recharge has transformed our business model and allowed us to weather the pandemic by increasing our subscription offerings to our customers. The functions on offer and ability to always get support quickly is reassuring - especially when a large portion of your business is relying on subscriptions. We couldn't be more impressed with Recharge and have already recommended it to a number of other small businesses who offer subscriptions or are thinking of making them. Such an easy app to use, and the support is awesome! AJ was soooo helpful and fast. I'm super excited to start using this app to help me scale my subscription box company (LaLa Horse). 2021-11-13 Update... Today Tigist helped me with a few questions I had and the service was so fast and helpful. I just can't say enough great things about this app and this team!
