This app is excellent for subscriptions, enough flexibility to accommodate all our customers' demands
What would we do without Recharge? The only thing I would say is that it should allow a simpler cusomisation of notifications to make the experience on brand,

We had a bug affecting our ability to create refunds in recharge. Breanna assisted with the customer and provided all the steps to identify and fix the bug. She was quick, knowledgable, friendly, helpful & appreciated!
Some of the history information is misleading for agents to follow. One of our agents is unable to retry charges or refund customers and an investigation is ongoing with developers

We just launched Recharge on our store and it was not easy because of our ERP system. We had to tweak the migration plan due to this but Vinse Ridecour has helped us so much and the launch was successful. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and we're very happy he was our launch engineer! He responded to our emails no matter what time of the day, even on his vacation. Thank you so much! It was the best support experience!
Recharge has a great support team. When we had an outage on our site, I submitted a support request late in the evening, and they had already fixed it before I even woke up!
One of the best apps on Shopify! they have great and quick support all the time. Very easy and intuitive to work with, must have for subscriptions.

The app is great for relatively simple subscription models. More a fault of Shopify than this app's developers, but things can get very convoluted very quickly due to multiple duplicate products being created. Their support is great, however, so any hiccups we've had were taken care of through support. I could only give 4 stars though, because with the number of times we've had to contact support, it feels like charging $300/mo for enhanced support is somewhat extortionate. They are overall pretty timely (usually 1-2 business days), however.

Great onboarding support from our representative. Had hiccups getting the program transferred over but were able to get things figured out with support and program is running well. Cheers.

Exceptional customer service! I've reached out a few time getting set up. There are a few features that don't exist yet that would be really helpful though - hopefully they will consider my suggestions :)
Support is always helpful and very responsive. I needed a fix for a shipping issue and voila, they have a new feature for it that I wasn't even aware of. Problem solved within a day!
