The app is easy to use and setup, but find it limited with some options. Most importantly, we really need it to support multiple currencies and it doesn't yet. Support has been very helpful for any troubleshooting as well.

This is a seriously powerful app and we've been using it for a few years now. Customers are generally able to manage their own subscriptions without needing any help. Customer service is also top notch, friendly and professional. Rachel has helped answer some question I had about the new Shopify checkout integration plans. Recommended.
I emailed for support on a shipping charge issue. The support team resolved the issue quickly. I find that each time I email for support I get an response quickly. The support team is very good with getting issues resolved due to a high knowledge of the Recharge program. I am very satisfied with the support team.

Recharge has a been a great app for our store. Support is always super responsive and helpful. Specifically in this last case, Vuk in support got right back to me regarding updating a customer's payment method and removing an old payment method. Thanks Vuk!
The Interface is a bit confusing and can be designed better. However the functionallity is excellent and the service is responding within Minutes and helps to solve issues immediately. Would absolutely recommend!
Recharge handles all of our subscriptions. It is a great way to manage customers and orders. The only problem we have is logging in from Shopify. It takes forever to load.
Dora was fast and efficient. She determined that our account had been put on hold from a past-due invoice (a customer service nightmare), which stalled subscription processing. She instructed me on how to fix the issue, and within minutes, the account was active again.
Many thanks to Alex G. I had a problem with taxation in the app that I could not solve. Alex responded quickly to my emails, she was clear, she was friendly and helpful and she gave me confidence that my problem could be resolved when I was worried. She then worked quickly to resolve the issue. An excellent service, many thanks Alex.

Great customer service but you need to look at the fees/transaction of the app before choosing your right price for your subscription because they take a big amount

The app has been a revelation since we moved over from Recharge but the Customer Service has been another level altogether. Recenlty, Meredith blew us away with the dedication he showed in helping me solve an issue and I will be for ever grateful. Keep on doing what you are doing #rechargewins
This app was easy to install, the team was amazing in helping to get our migration right, and the subscriptions implemented. Clear, concise directions. Damien even made me a video to walk me through what I needed to do step by step!
Excellent support and the platform works well for subscriptions. The only downside right now is that they do not support a multi-currency shopify store.

They switched me over to a paid account without me asking for it. Now they no longer have a free account. 1% + .10 so now my credit card charge rate is extra high once you add this onto what credit cards/paypal is charging. Thank you for working with me and removing charges that were not mine.
