The support team alone is worth the 5 stars. They've gotten back to me at least within 24 hours of every single request I've made - and I've made a ton. They've debugged my store, answered stupid questions, and have been incredibly accommodative. The app itself works pretty well too. One thing to be aware of is that the subscriptions aren't currently working for digital products, but there are workarounds. Also, I'm sure the ReCharge team is working on getting this feature out, so don't let that dissuade you. Overall, highly recommend it.

Amazing api and customer service. I had problems making the widget appear in my product pages and they keep me updated while the problem was being solved. 5 stars to the support team.

I use this app for monthly subscriptions on our website. It is user friendly and even when there is something I don't know how to manage, their support team is prompt and very helpful.

Byron C. has helped me a few times already and has done a great job each time. I'm pretty sure each time was towards the end of the week on a late Thursday or Friday.I figured I would get a response on the following Monday since it was the weekend and that's what happened. I really appreciate the response. They always seem to go above and beyond!

My company uses this app for subscription services. I have opened many help tickets before, but Alicia J was by far the most helpful, she answered each of my questions with depth and understanding. I appreciate this type of customer service interaction because my role is also in customer service. Thanks Alicia!

There are some things I'd likely change a bit (finding past invoices is not as straightforward as one would like), but in general I find ReCharge support to be helpful. We appreciate our subscribers, and this makes holding onto them easier.

I don't usually rate things but this app is beyond bad. Not only do their customer service take days to get back to you when you need an answer quickly but the actual recharge app never opens on Shopify. Or is extremely slow. Even on different browsers, devices with high-speed internet. The app is super buggy, my product frequency changed without my knowledge on the backend due to a system update and my customers were over charged. Unless you have a developer who can work on the app and customise it for you and fix things quickly I would not recommend.

This app powers our entire subscription biz and we wouldn't be able to run on shopify without it. Functionality is slightly limited out of the box, but the Recharge team is ready and willing to help with any and all customizations, and their CS team is very responsive and willing to help with all issues big and small.

the support is fast and great (we had Alicia J to help our issues with system), but the app itself is 3 stars since its not friendly for Asia market use. the time frame is US or CANADA base so we have to always edit customer's order when we process them. also first name and last name flip so it was very confusing for our customers. If in the near future you could create the app more friends for Asia (like Japan), that would be great.

After a somewhat confusing set of starts and stops with different reps, Dora was extremely helpful in pulling together my support history and helping me get to a quick resolution. We had a very complicated subscription program and Recharge was always willing to help us think (and execute) outside of the box to accomplish our brand objectives.

The app itself, like anything for Shopify, is not without its unique challenges. However, we've had really solid support experiences over the course of our first year. The last two times I've had an issue, Byron has been the support agent to assist me and he's been stellar. Truly, he's saved me quite a bit of time investigating or trying to figure something out and his responses are always thorough and clear, which I really appreciate.

Has grown to be an absolutely essential part of our business. It's seamless and the analytics section is gold! We're able to quickly see our active subscribers, churn, and future revenue!

Great and quick customer support service and the app offers a lot of great features that other app don't! We've been using the app for three years now and couldn't recommend it higher!
