We have been using ReCharge since 2020 and are impressed with the improvements made over that time. Our interaction with the support team is rare since the app runs pretty well, but when we need extra help we always reach out to Nick at e-shop Genius to take care of any custom tweaks. He is always responsive and takes care of anything we need. Cheers!
We use the app since 9 months and run close to $100k per month over it. Technical support is very good. However, very disappointed with the way Recharge handles key account management. We have contacted account exec several times. No / hardly no answer. We complained. No answer. We requested change of account exec. No answer.
We use this app to manage our subscriptions and while it is mostly awesome, the response time from the service team is definitely lacking. It can take days to get a response to simple inquiries or even when trying to upgrade service or support.
Recharge works very well as a subscription service. We've used it for years. There was a slight issue when I switched my payment processor, I contacted Recharge and Alex G resolved the issue immediately with expert skill.
The overall app experience is pretty straightforward and easy to use. I do wish there were more robust analytics functionalities but I believe the team is working on that. In terms of service, Gordon has been great in being proactive on how to get our store up and running. We are anxiously waiting for recharge sms for non Shopify Plus stores!
Support is very helpful! They helped me do some testing when our customers were having trouble managing their subscriptions and provided good recommendations.
These guys always provide great support. Juan C, & Yajaira was particularly helpful with a recent issue, which he solved quickly.
Jake was great at helping me with the subscription contract update so I could resolve the customer's issue.
Meredith M. was of great assistance in resolving the issue I was having with receiving exports from Recharge. Communication was clear and fast. Thanks again Meredith!
It has been a really rough ride migrating our store from WordPress to Shopify but the customer support at ReCharge has been a really great help.

Really easy to use. On struggling a little on setup I contacted support via email and they input the code for me within 10 minutes. Fantastic fast service.
