ReCharge offers amazing support, and Gordon has been great at helping us implement specific goals! Definitely go for ReCharge for any subscription business models. Matt was also an amazing help with some super quick support that we needed!

I love this app. It's really very helpful to manage subscriptions on our Shopify store. It's easy to customize. The support team of Recharge is unbelievably good, super swift, giving very detailed answers to all questions. I vividly recommend Recharge!

ReCharge allowed us to setup a monthly subscription to our PDF pattern offer. The cost is not negligible, but the service is on point, no other app offers the same level of functionality. Also, the customer service never disappointed us, they always responded quickly and managed to solve our issues. (Shout out to Nikola who just helped us on a huge problem, which turned out to be our fault)

May 16th: Nikola C. was very quick to respond, very friendly and fixed my problem straight away. We setup a free subscription for a contest winner and she was able to set it up straight away for me. Thanks Nik! May 28th: Snezana A. helped me set up a unique subscription for the office space attached to our building. I had very specific needs and they were able to sort it out within moments! It is a great app that makes simple the subscription process for my customers and for me, as a store owner. Plus the support service is spectacular, their answers are always fast and accurate. They really have helped me find the right solution and taught me how to use the platform in the best way
