Really easy to use. On struggling a little on setup I contacted support via email and they input the code for me within 10 minutes. Fantastic fast service.
I was shocked but grateful that there was someone there to answer my questions and help troubleshoot issues with my shop on the weekend and late night. My issues were resolved and concerns addressed. I really appreciate this help with dealing with my subscriptions.
I'm yet to go live with my Recharge subscription, but I have been working with it for the last month to get things set-up in the back end. My use case is a little more complex than most, as I am selling a digital product on a monthly basis. I have used Recharge and Klaviyo to set this all up and am really happy with how it's working. The integration with the 2 apps was smooth and the team at Recharge have been fantastic during this set-up process. I have reached out a number of times for very specific things I needed help with and the responses have always been great and very helpful - and also very quick. I now have my subscription set up exactly how I wanted and feel confident that when I launch everything should work well.
ReCharge does exactly what we need it to do and the customer service reps are super responsive and professional.
The updated integration with Klaviyo is awesome, and the back end analytics have been improved a ton over the years.

Support always gives me quick help without a lot of back and forth and they go into Shopify when I need it and make code changes. I really appreciate their technical expertise!

I downloaded this app for my online business as a result of high recommendations from several other businesses. I was a bit concerned about the set-up which felt daunting, but it was so quick, simple and straight forward. Once the subscription widget went live we did hit a technical hurdle and the support team were there right away in the chat box. Problem resolved in less than 5 minutes and we went live. 5 star experience so far, can't wait to see how the app goes with our store!

We use this app for our subscribers and it works very well. The support is also good, especially Dora. I had a problem with another agent that was unable to understand the simple problem that was preventing us from logging into our account. As soon as Dora was assigned to our case, she provided the fix instantly and we were back in. She's great.
Great app and support. Had a few questions regarding integration with some Apps and Shopify 2.0 and received a quick, detailed, and helpful response from the team. The Recharge App itself is a easy way to setup subscription services for your store and has always worked great for us.
We use recharge for our subscription program, and have been pleased with the responsive and helpful customer service we've received.
