This is a very extensive payment solution for subscription businesses. The product is very advanced and offers both for small ecommerce as for bigger enterprises a complete solution. Very customizable. The best thing though is the customer support team. When you scale complexity arises due to the nature of a subscription business, but the customer support team is awesome, fast, accurate and very friendly in helping you along the way. We've tried other subscription apps, but Recharge is by far the best option out there. Also for custom work Nick from the e-shop Genius is really helpfull!

We have literally just got started with this app, so its a little early to comment on the ROI/effectiveness, but, Diana from support was so absolutely amazing with the onboarding process we just had to give it 5 stars! Since leaving this review we have relied heavily on ReCharge's support, yet again Malcolb was utterly outstanding! Thank you

Love this app. Plugs in easily and intuitive. Allow us to do everything we need with our subscription program. Support is great and fast. Highly recommend.

This app has helped our business so much, it allows our customers to automate ordering their products on a schedule that works best for them. And the customer service team is amazing!

This app has really helped with customer retention, and DJ in customer service was great. Be warned though that if you want quick response times you will need to get a premium service plan.

Daliah F and AJ M. have been SO very helpful to us! We were hesitant to switch our subscribers to ReCharge, since we had been with Cratejoy for so long, but we are extremely happy we did! Daliah & AJ are always not only willing to help, but seem excited to help us with any issues or confusion we have!

After installing the app, our store encountered theme issues. Recharge helped us out and we found a good solution to the problem. Now, everything runs smoothly.

Account login functionality for the consumer (front end) can be faulty. The analytics are good, but could be enhanced.

Even though we are on the FREE account we get incredible after-sales service, love the features, flexibility and capability of the application and there is pretty much nothing it can't cater for!

They answered very fast, She knew exactly what we were needing at that point and solve the matter immediately. The support is great, but it does lack some features I wish it had. Would love to be able to charge customers on the same day each month and/or schedule cut-off dates for new subscribers.

I've had a pretty poor experience with Recharge. They charge you for all sorts of features including customer support. We've been using Recharge for our subscription offering for the last 2 years. They recently changed how the customer portal looks, you used to be able to customize how this page looked so it was on-brand and matched the rest of the site. Without any notification, they've changed it completely. It can't be customized with brand fonts or colors - so it looks really awful. They now require you to upgrade to customize this page, $300 a month. Pretty crazy. I'm actively looking to switch to another app for our subscription products.
