The customer service for this app is excellent. I was having a problem with the subscription and they were able to fix the problem immediately.
We recently switched to ReCharge in order to integrate with a new loyalty and rewards platform. Not only does ReCharge fulfill that need for us, it's also a much better user interface for customers. ReCharge support has been very helpful as well whenever we have questions or run into roadblocks with implementation.
Katy was very helpful, she was unable to duplicate my problem but she went in and update the information I was having issues with. Then asked me to reach out if the problem continues.
Love the support and follow through. The agent was able to discover and explain the issue in a timely manner.
There are many bugs that cause my customers repeat orders not to go through each month and I can never understand and take ages to try to figure each problem out, I hope this will be improved soon, although the I'm very happy with the customer service

I have had a few issues with navigating our subscriptions account but every time I raise a query recharge employees have been very helpful and concise in their answers. Most recently Miguel was fantastic with his example videos and helping me solve an issue. Thank you!
Any time I have an issue, the service team (Especially Sukhmun P.) has been incredibly helpful and able to answer all my questions in a way that made sense and work with me to help me better manage how our store uses ReCharge.
Kiki L answered my question quickly and her customer service was 5-Star. Your app is easy to use but I find your Help/Support Center difficult to locate answers in. Your team is great and I usually reach out to them by message directly because I go around in circles trying to get an answer through the Help screen. I have to say, though, the recent update is good as it provides more detailed analytical info.
Great use for subscriptions with your Shopify. Great support when needed. Found it super fast and efficient :)

This app is helpful for me to grow my business (though it does have some bugs occasionally) Support staff is attentive and helpful when I emailed them. Thumbs up!
ReCharge has some real positives, however it does have some drawbacks. It is not particularly user friendly in the first instance. After working with ReCharge for a while it is now excellent, but it takes a moment to work out the most effective way to use it.
Easy as - amazing customer support too! Takes no time to set up and integrates perfectly with shopify!
i needed to know who was purchasing what product within my various subscriptions for work. recharge was able to add in a tool so i could get access to this information. super helpful and quick response time too!
The customer service was amazing! They answered all 4 of my questions individually and understood what I was saying the first time!
This is a great app, the customer portal was recently updated too and it's awesome. Great customer service. Responses are fast and efficient!
Although new to the program and have yet to get subscribers, the customer service has been excellent! Jaxon was very quick to respond to my question and provide the answers and help I needed to make things work more smoothly with my inventory management software. Thanks again, you guys are great!
We've used ReCharge since 2019 and am editing original review due to the fall off in quality of support and flexibility of the app itself STILL after 5+ years. They and Shopify finally worked out having two ship rates so we don't have to use customer scripting [no longer supported by Shopify] which was appreciated after months of losing shipping revenue. Except the Recharge bulk process to move all subscribers to the Dynamic shipping rate doesn't work. They pointed us to it and when we let them know the file process wasn't working, it's now been weeks without a response or help of any kind except to remind us that we can manually move each subscriber to the dynamic ship rate ourselves. We have nearly 5K subscribers... It's a full time job trying to stay ahead of the manual changes and then, you take the steps as outlined by the ReCharge team and the app doesn't retain the settings. We're having to perform daily re-do's of hundreds of customers we had already edied to new ship rate. Awful. Costly. Typical of ReCharge Support.
